Propane company removing my tank for no just cause

AT 6 AM ON CHRISTMAS DAY, 2022, MY PROPANE TANK WAS EMPTY, AND IT WAS EXTREMELY COLD. I WASN'T JUST SHIVERING, I WAS SHAKING.

IT WAS IN THE 20S.

THE COMMUNITY ACTION CENTER HAD JUST PAID SUPERIOR FOR 100 GALLONS IN LATE NOVEMBER 2022.

THE ONLY GAS APPLIANCE I HAVE IS A NEW WALL HEATER THAT SUPERIOR GAS LLC INSTALLED A YEAR AGO. SUPERIOR ALSO INSTALLED ALL NEW GAS LINES, THE TANK, 100 GALLONS OF PROPANE, AND THE NEW WALL HEATER AT THAT TIME.

THAT 100 GALLONS LASTED A YEAR. I NEVER HAVE TURNED THE HEATER UP PAST MEDIUM, EVEN WITH THE EXTREME COLD. THE HEATER IS THAT GOOD.

IT'S LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE THAT I USED 100 GALLONS IN ONE MONTH.

I ASKED THEM TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM, AND THEY FOUND THREE LEAKS ON THE LINES THEY INSTALLED, BUT THE BIGGEST LEAK WAS ON THE MAIN VALVE OF THE TANK.

THEY PUT IN 25 GALLONS FOR FREE, THEN HANDED ME A $240 BILL FOR THE OTHER 75 GALLONS.

I TRIED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THEM, AND THEY SENT A LETTER THAT THEY WOULD REMOVE MY TANK ON FEB 7. IT'S STILL WINTER.
