Setting up Al Rayan app on iPad
- - -Cannot speak to a human; only a digital voice.
- - -OTP input fails; music plays on their end.
- - -App freezes on iPad; reset/reload didn't fix it.
Extremely frustrating in that I cannot speak to a human voice.
I get through to your digital voice assistant. Went through all the authentication process ok and then it I was asked to input the OTP code.
This was not possible as music was played at your end all the time.
Repeated this process again without any success.
Absolutely livid and its an utter waste of my time.
Problem- your app seems to freeze on my IPad. Have reset the iPad and reload app but problem still exist.
