Al Futtaim Car Repair Review

I scheduled a 20,000 km service at 1230 on 18 Nov 2107 and was told it would take 2 hours. When I brought the car in I was told it would take 4 hours due to prayer time. They denied my request for a ride during the wait.

Problems in robinsons the hereen singapore

Assalamalaikum.... I am so concerned about what is happening now in Robinsons the Hereen, Singapore. I was a promoter last August 4 2014- july 21, 2016. The managers are good and doing well but they all don't know if what is exactly happening on the selling floor. I am not into politics but before i left, other promoters are too much and customers are complaining because of their wrong procedures. 1. wrong approach - customer is pissed off because of the wrong approach. instead of greeting them with , good morning, good afternoon or good evening, the first phrase that they ask is.... "do you want pillow?" (or anything that they sell) 2. they follow customers- promoters follow customer to make sure to sell their items. they don't give freedom to customer if what is the specific things they need. they indeed up choosing wrong merchandize and that's the reason why other customers dont come back. 3. chitchatting in their own languages- from morning till afternoon, they are noisy and chitchatting. other promoters go to other counters and gossip. 4. eating on the selling floor- they eat and bring food to the selling floor. some promoters bring food to bribe other promoters. 5. infested with gang- don't you know that hereen's reputation is ruined by the gang? if you are not part of the gang, then your company will close down. i.e. customer needs 195x203 bedsheet and it happened that customer approached one of the gangs. only hallmark and sheradon carries this measurement. it happened that these said brands are not included to the gang, so, they wont recommend the right merchandize. they will go straight to find an alternative which is flat sheet. they will force the customer to take king flat sheet for the customer to tuck in. i feel so bad that hereen has a lot of stuff to sell, but they refuse to sell to the customer. 6. some of the staff is involve in the gang- other staff refuse to sell the inhouse brand. they prioritize the gang's merchandize by pushing the sales. pls pay attention to all these matters. i don't want to break other people's rice bowl but i love hereen. Al futtaim is paying so much money to pay for the rental and yet, these promoters are so greedy. pls do a further investigation so that you will know what is exactly happening in hereen. i was so dedicated to my job. i finished my contract but atleast i want to do valuable things just to make sure that robinsons the hereen wont close down.... thank you so much for the time -ex bedsheet promoter

Customer service is absolutely rubbish

I purchased a Toyota Yaris from Al Futtaim in July 2015 and along with that I purchased service at 10000 miles and did NOT sign any contract to say this money would be non refundable. They have failed to produce this or refer me to their term and conditions where I signed to agree. I have not achieved this mileage and looking to sell the vehicle and would like to get my refund for the service that I have NOT used. For the last two weeks I am not been able to get a response back from Toyota customer service manager despite repeated calls from me and they have been ignoring my request and it is very frustrating when you have not agreed to any terms and conditions. Toyota UAE customer service is absolutely ***.

Bad day... Disappointed with Toyota... i booked Toyota Yaris HATCHBACK 60th Anniversary model, paid full down payment and loan approved... they promised me 6 Months Defferd Payment and 3 FREE EMI...everything was ok they told me to wait 15minutes for Car Delivery... we all excited to get brand new Car... but after 10 minutes sales man told that it was his mistake, they can't give that 6 Months Defferd Payment offer... you can take the car and have to pay from next month...otherwise cancel everything.... Salesman doesn't even feeling any responsibility of his mistake... he is busy with making more customers and achieving his target.... we never visit a reputed company like Toyota for "mistakes"... we have trust in you... finally Showroom Manager Mr.Sam Blackburn give us little hope... he is really nice person... he says sorry.... (but not the salesman...note the point) and he is planning to give some extra benefits... but i lose my trust with Toyota.... i'm thinking to cancel everything....because " still i can't beleave that i'm CHEATED "

I have purchase a Toyota Avalon Limited 2 months back in the UAE from Al Futtaim Deira. I went across for the service and handed the car for the 5K service. Once the service was done and car was scheduled foe return the full car had spots all over the car and glass. While i raised a complaint and refused to take the car, the Customer relationship manager they came up with the following scenario's that I have parked in a wrong place and there is paint sprayed all over the cars in small spots in a uniform pattern from bumper to bumper on all 4 corners. The Car while receiving by Toyota had not raised a single issue of any spots on the car and all other scratches etc mentioned on the receiving document. Unfortunately did a huge mistake by not taking a picture of the spots on the car. They are currently working to see how to resolve the same thru polishing etc. Extremely unprofessional attitude and lack of capability to understand. Regards Roy

Please treate this as a serious complain regarding ur maintenance of AlFuttaim in egypt. You should come and audit those guys... they r not workin in honda.. impossible.. u go with 1 issue and u leave the maintenance with 1000 issue.. i go to fix an issue, 1 day and the issue pops up again... please try to visit their new maintenance branch in an areacalled Abu Rawash... and ask them the blue HRV under the name of Mariam youssef visited the maintenance how many times and when she escalated what had happened? I m switchin to hyundai.. much better, cheaper and better technicians providin better service
