Why isn't there any direct contact number available to to speak to someone regarding a £50 reward it's been about 3 months now and it seems like I introduced a new virgin customer and the reward is more hassle to achieve than the installation.

Missing referral reward
- - A neighbor joined Quantum Fiber via my referral about a month ago.
- - No record of the referral; the neighbor now uses Quantum Internet.
About a month ago, my neighbor joined Quantum Fiber through my referral. I was supposed to receive a referral reward.
However, I can find no record of the referral, even though my neighbors are now using Quantum Internet.
What do I need to do to get my reward? I can provide my neighbor's information to prove they are now Quantum customers.

- - Aklamio wants the referral code I wasn't told to keep; the claim window is 60 days.
I referred my bro in law to virgin media so we got the £50 each.I phoned Virgin media after the 60 days was up to collect my reward and they told me I need to get in touch with Aklamio as they deal with that.I contacted them and now they want the referral code which they never told me to keep scam !!! now they are taking ages to get back to me probably running down time as I only have 60 days to claim it.
