They lie and overcharge and caused damage to vehicle and refused to fix it
Jeep dealership in Aiken, SC has horrible service department. No one has a clue what they're doing, do not meet committed competition dates, quote one fee and then give you a bill for a higher amount and then say Oops that only happens becauae of a computer glitch between the service and parts departments (same system).
