They didn't even send me the UPS code so I can show it to the people at UPS so they can ship my camcorder to, a.k.a. the camera company, so I can get a new one from them.

Asako finally refunded my purchase price and return shipping. It is unfortunate that the product isn't reliable.

I purchased an Akaso sports action camera (EK 7000) on Amazon. The camera failed to download videos and then screen went blank.

Numerous emails before they finally agreed to take the camera back for a replacement. I had to ship back at my expense since I now live in Central America.

The new one doesnt work at allblank screen.

Save your money and time! Recommend that consumers consider a GoPro and not Akaso is junk!
