My REVIEW Ajluxe is a SCAM Company on Instagram & Facebook.. Poor Customer Support.. FAKE, VERY LOW QUALITY Products !
Ajluxe emailed me that they will solve my issue by zoom call but No reply, no Zoom call link, nothing! This is incredibly poor and pathetic customer support. I waited for Ajluxe on that day at 11:00 am for complete 1 hour, and they completely wasted my time.My Issue NOT YET RESOLVED.
Status is that the Issue is NOT YET RESOLVED. I Haven't received a Single Reply from AjLuxe Customer Support from the Past 17 Days.?
Also the FAKE REVIEWS and MISLEADING Information that they received 40,000+ 5 Star Reviews still EXISTS on their website, which also misguided me..

I was in need of some Products for my Offline Jewelry Store. I reached out to them multiple times, I even EMAIL Them (I have all Proofs) and heard absolutely nothing back. Talk about terrible customer support it's non-existent! THEY NEVER REPLY..!!
And to top it off, their earrings and jewelry Looks clearly Fake, imported from some cheap Chinese manufacturer, their Jewelry looked used, Dirty, Old and Rusted ! What a complete SCAM these Guys are running. Avoid Ajluxe at all costs if you're looking for decent products or any kind of service. Absolutely disgusted.
Ajluxe is a Scam company run by some Ajmera Enterprises LLC as mentioned on their Website. I m still waiting for their Email Reply or support.
No One Replied Yet, No Support. Nothing..

- Scam company with fake customer support
