What has happened is AJ Madison is planting people to post complimentary reviews on Yelp (and probably other places). If you read the reviews over the past year that are positive it sounds like a sales pitch. They mention the salesperson's names EVERY time, and even specials they are running. Recently bought an LG microwave oven. Upon arrival it didn't work. AJMadison said not their problem and take it to repair center. Madison refused to provide replacement or cover return shipping. I asked if we got it fixed locally would they provide extended warranty. Madison refused! They've lost my future business.

I called to change the product BEFORE DELIVERY and they wanted to charge me a 30% restocking fee of $750.00 even though I was still buying the refrigerator from them!
