This website is a sure fire scam. They end up having me to pay for this program.
I paid for it and they asked me for my log files. When I told them that it did not work. And I provided the log files as well. Basically, they tried to tell me that I had.
The wrong version of iTunes, but that was not the case. They had a money back guarantee but I still did not get my money once.I demanded my money back after the program did not work clearly.

Someone went into my bank account and made this unauthorized transaction on my account.
I want my money to appear back into my bank account
My credit card ending in 2631
I want a refund return my funds back into my Green Dot account
I never made a purchase with transaction on November 28,2023 with marketing@***.com
I don't even know what this product is.
I called their number (888) 247-**** their representative with aiseesoft refuse to note or block the illegal transaction.
I asked for supervisor.
She refused to transfer me to a supervisor.
The representative said she couldn't help me with this fraudulent activity purchase made to their company.
So Aiseesoft going commit fraud?
When I made them very aware of the fraudulent activity with my bank account Green Dot allowing people to rob me of my money in my bank account without alerting me of any transactions.
Instacart cancelled a delivery order. Green Dot refuse to authorize available funds back to my account in the sum of 229.00
Too many hold withholding my money or allowing strange activity to happen with my account without notifying me as their consumers.
I called my bank Green Dot to dispute the Green Dot bank representative said she can't help me.
They have to allow Aiseesoft purchase pending to go through then for me to call back
This bank allow other people to steal money out my bank account and act no caring when customers like me call them.
Like Green Dot is acting like a fraudulent bank.ernev

Advertisement very vague. I purchased the Fonelab iphone data recovery for 69.95.
Installed it then found that if I wanted to do a backup I needed to purchase the ios backup and restore for another 39.95. When I purchased the software I found that the purchase was only good for 1 month. This is the most preposterous licensing I have ever seen. Beware when ordering from this company.
Thieves and crooks.
I immediately requested a refund.
Haven't heard from the company yet and really don't expect to. Screwed out of $100 for their product that is only good for a month.

Aiseesoft in 2015 I purchased iphone bundle - used it to recover iPhone 4s data wiped out by apple ios 9 wiped out everyone's stuff - people were divorced from apple screw up - anyways in that bundle was fonelab, fonecopy, fonetrans - they play a game of REGISTRATION
all my products are registered - when I contacted them to unlock the registration hangup in order to repair my phone - the GREED of them tells me I have to purchase it again - apparently, fone lab has 3 repairs - when I purchased the BUNDLE - when I contacted them the first time - nothing else was mentioned - they cleared my account or something and it worked - now I need to purchase again - NO WAY - DISGUSTING - GREEDY COMPANY

ZERO STARS. Bought their 2021 Mac All-in-one Bundle, Lifetime license, for ~$137, on an impulse.
Not a wise move. Very buggy, ineffective software. Terrible, evasive customer service -- kept stalling when asked for refund, by requesting more logs and tech information about the software crashes.
Initial log files had already been provided, and they only offered delays and BS after that. POOR PRODUCTS, POOR SERVICE, POOR COMPANY

They SUCK!!!!!
Purchase software, realized it wasn't what I needed tried to get a refund. Annie and Winnie from customer service have done nothing but stalled and refused to give a refund.
They will issue a new key but are playing with me writing back and forth about am I sure I want this software. All they have to do is issue me a new key towards another software program but they're jerking me around.

We just bought 3 cameras from this company. It took over a month to get to us.
Which is understandable due to COVID-19. But when arrived I plugged it in let it charge as it said in Manual. But when I used it, it didnt even last an Hour.
We paid $119 for all 3 cameras+(3)16gs SD cards for extra storage whats the point of all this. If you cant get ur camera to last An Hour.

I order this my mistake, I never used it, I delete off of my computer, plus I don't have a smartphone, I am too old to start learning to use a smartphone.
All I am asking why can't I get a refund, I received an email that my refund was rejected, and I don't understand why.

Purchased converting software. Site says 30 day money back.
I tried the software had issues with quality, asked for assistance through tech support. Said they didn't have the capability to keep original quality. So I politely asked for a refund. They refused even tho their site says 30 day guarantee.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM! If u have problems they won't refund your purchase and the 30 day guarantee is FRAUD!!

AISEESOFT ADMITS THEIR SOFTWARE IS USELESS AND THREATEN EMPLOYEES WITH JOB LOSS, IF THEY ISSUE REFUNDS!
AISEESOFT is not an honest company, they are deceitful on their claims, and their refund policy is outright criminal, their customer service is not customer inclined, but 100% company inclined.
While on I-tunes, a back-up restore was done on my Iphone4 that deleted everything current I had, before the restoration of the back up by itunes, over a year of contacts and some important photos I had for my doctor, on an existing medical condition. When I inquired about it, I was given this information by way of an e-mail by their support department.
“Dear customer,
Thank you for your email.
If you restore the phone with the previous iTunes backup files, the current data on your phone will be erased by the recovered iTunes backup files.
After recovery, the data on your iPhone is your previous iTunes backup.
Then, our software can only find the current data on your iPhone when scanning. That is the restored iTunes backup data.
Since the previous info on your iPhone has been erased by iTunes backup, our software is unable to find it.
Hope you can understand.
Under this situation, users can recover data from iCloud backup with our software.
But if you never used iCloud, we are so sorry that our software cannot help you.

Their support department refer me to ticket # 50054 on their support website, as perhaps saying, “we already informed on this situation in which the software is useless”, but the day that I was told that, their was no such notice, and their most recent ticket posted was #50036.
When I ask for a refund, I was strongly adviced to exchange for an other product, but I have no use for an other of their products.
Then I was told that they will refer my claim to the Marketing department. I remind them of their refund policy where it says;
“. If customer insists on refund, we will perform refund.”
I purchase the product on 10/15/15 including a back up cd for a total of $70.86
Throughout the numerous e-mails back and forth I received this one.
“Dear customer,
We are so sorry for the delay response.
I have tried my best to apply a refund for you, but I'm extremely sorry to tell you that it failed.
So I advise that you can keep this software for future using.
Or we would like to exchange you another great program rather than refunding.
You can choose program on http://www.aiseesoft.com/
(Single program for single program)
If you still want to refund, maybe I will lose my job and pay a high price for it.

Up to now, I have not been able to talk, or get a name of a person, nor I have received a refund for my purchase reference #4304****.
This is outright wrong, and I will continue to demand a refund, as it is my right, and everything points out to a legitimate claim. Their trail version, does not claim to be a full version on the FoneLab website.
