Was disconnected twice before ever speaking to anyone. Then a robot chat wasted my time after refusing to answer my question and proceed to forward me to a pay site which required a credit card to be forwarded to a human.
This site and company sucks. Stay away !!!

Failing appliances
- - AirXcel oven, heater, and vent hood light failed in the first week.
- - On-demand water heater doesn't work with water under ~60F; rating is poor.
Probably not. I don't mind failures but a full 3 months to geta circuit board is not acceptable to me. Nobody really backs this warranty with anything more than bad promises.
In a 2025 Jayco I purchased the AirXcel oven, heater and light in the vent hood all failed in the first week. The on demand water heater apparantly does not work if the water enters at temperatures below about 60F. Overall I
would rate them poorly but maybe they are actually good by RV standards, I'm not really

Verified ReviewerAll my propane appliances in the 2025 Jayco I had failed within 10 days.
- - 2025 Jayco trailer with AirXcel appliances arrived with faults.
- - Oven, stove and vent hood failed.
- - Warranty not honored.
If i have a choice, no, I will never use this brand or a related brand again.
The next day, the vent hood failed. A few days after that, the propane heating failed. Now the tankless water heater works intermittently. Jayco has not honored their warranty in any way.
I replaced the thermostat at my own expense, or the heater still would not work. Overall, I would never again accept anything with AirXcel brand appliances. I have observed that despite the Jayco warranty being great, they simply don't honor it in any meaningful way.
As it turns out, the warranty does not cook my food, heat my water, exhaust my kitchen, or heat the travel trailer's interior. Wow, imagine my surprise when the appliances do all that but only if they work.
- Price is extremely cheap
- Quality is extremly poor
Preferred solution: Get it repaired promptly and keep it running. My preference would be replace it with quality products.

- - Waiting for parts; will bring the coach in for gas furnace installation and servicing.
Spoke with Dale and he gave me all of the answers that I need at the present time. I am waiting for parts and then will take the coach in for installation and servicing of the gas furnace.

Rv thermostat #8530A349 replacement and tech help
- - Dale answered quickly with a solution for adapting the updated thermostat and said it won’t interfere with other OEM thermostats still working.
Dale answered my question very quickly and gave me the solution for adapting an updated thermostat. He also said that the new thermostat should not interfere with the function of the other other OEM thermostats which are still operating properly.
