AirTV Devices Not supported after warranty period

No longer has Customer Service Phone support. Support is now via chat.
Human agent (after you get past chatbot) direct you to a website for purchasing replacement from resellers. None of those links or resellers have the stock. Only available from Dish Network's (parent company of SLING and AirTV) technical installation company OnTech. {{Redacted}}
The price for a AirTV Anywhere is the same as if you signedup for new Service from SLING and purchased the box.
I just received mine, not sure why they said blemished box.

Can't get a hold of ANYONE
- - Says conned into buying AirTV and no one can help.
- - Every number is disconnected.
- - Online help search is a nightmare and goes in circles.
It is absolutely ridiculous that I have sling TV and got conned into buying airTv and there's not one person that can help me. Every freaking number is disconnected. Trying to find anyone online is just been a nightmare that just keeps going around and around and around and around and around and around in circles!!
Preferred solution: FRICKIN HELP FROM SOMEONE!!!!

Will not hook up wired or wifi what am I doing do you have detailed instructions I have the air tvanywhere I just put a new box still didn't connect I also when trying to record it says hard drive not found connect external hard drive the boc has plenty of hard drive please help was working great for a long time really enjoy it thanks
