Preferred solution: My phone was turned off because this idiot I was with told me I needed that other gov phone and I really like Airtime I like the phone and the service so I need my phone service back.

To release my phone number to Frontier
Phone lines went down a few weeks ago in a rain storm. I was unable to use my landline and it was somehow redirected somewhere else.
I was told by Frontier that you had my number which I have had for over 50 years. I wish its to be sent to Frontier.

Need phone
I haven't been able to talk to an actual person. Very disappointed,it is an iPhone starlight model 15.
I got one package info that it was shipped on the 23rd,and that was the last response I got.
It was ordered thru T-Mobile,zero down eleven dollars and some change for two yrs with trade in after six months. Other benefits questionable.

Cant speak to customer service rep. Phone # for customer service seems like a private numbee
Trying to track shipping of my new phone, cant find out anything, how do we know if and when our devices were sent if we cant speak to a live representative from the company??? And to top it off the phone # given seems to be a private residential number and message box??? Just trying to find out where my device is!!!be
