Do not Fly with AIR SWIFT Philippines

I recently had the unfortunate experience of flying with Air Swift from Manila to El Nido on February 2024, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by this airline left me and my family thoroughly disappointed and frustrated.

Our flight was delayed, causing a domino effect of disruptions that resulted in the cancellation of our bookings at Mantiloc Resort.

This not only led to significant financial losses exceeding $1000 USD but also subjected us to the stress of scrambling to find alternative accommodations in El Nido at the last minute.

To add insult to injury, our return journey on February was marred by yet another inexplicable delay. Our flight, scheduled for 5:30 pm, was pushed back to 7:45 pm without any valid explanation. While Air Swift attempted to appease passengers with "free food," the quality of the snacks provided was abysmal and hardly made up for the extended wait.

This was my first and last experience with Air Swift, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this airline to anyone. The blatant disregard for punctuality and customer satisfaction is utterly unacceptable.

It's evident that Air Swift prioritizes neither the convenience nor the well-being of its passengers.

I demand immediate action from Air Swift to rectify these issues and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Compensation for the financial losses incurred and the distress caused by the airline's negligence is warranted.

Additionally, I expect a formal apology and assurance that steps will be taken to improve the reliability and quality of service provided by Air Swift.

Should Air Swift fail to address these concerns adequately, I will not hesitate to pursue further action, including seeking compensation through legal channels and sharing my harrowing experience with others on various travel platforms and social media channels.

In conclusion, until Air Swift demonstrates a genuine commitment to improving its services, I strongly advise against patronizing this airline. My experience serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering booking a flight with Air Swift.

I have dealt with airlines before and I must say that I received excellent service from AirSwift Airlines, the issue was resolved with no complications. I will definitely use the Airline again, thank you!

My flight (T6336) from el nido to cebu at(15:45-17:20) have been canceled.

The staff at el nido airport told me to ask for refund from this E-mail (refund@***r-swift.com) and said full refund guaranteed.

Now Ive sent you a few emails about the refund and still havent heard back from you.

Id like to know the status of my refund please.
