PAID THE EXTRA COST FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING TO HAVE BY CHRISTMAS THEN IT TELL ME 3 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS ITS DELAYED AND WONT RECEIVE UNTIL THE 26TH. BETTER fix it asap. Joseph Simmons chairman of the FTC is a family friend and well be notified of how poorly your business is ran. I expect for this issue to be fixed immediately!

This company is a SCAM!!!!!

DON'T BUY FROM AIRSOFTRC.COM, THEY'RE A SCAM AND A BUNCH OF FRAUDS!!! TRY CALLING THEIR "CUSTOMER SUPPORT" PHONE LINE, 818-899-****, VOICEMAIL HAS BEEN "FULL" FOR YEARS AND THERE'S NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE! THEY EVEN HAVE A DISPUTE GOING ON WITH THE BBB THEMSELVES BECAUSE THEY NOTE THEMSELVES AS A "BBB A+ ACCREDITED" BUSINESS.....WHICH THEY ARE NOT! DO YOUR HOMEWORK, THERE'S A MOUNTAIN OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS OUT THERE.......YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! AirsoftRC - California. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I bought a helicopter from them. The first time I flew it, it fell to the ground. When I inspected it, I found a screw missing which caused the gears to not line up and fall from the sky. I immediately contacted them (several times) and the gist of it is, that I can send it back, but that they will not accept it and they will send it back to me because it has marks on it from hitting the ground. Even though it was defective! Bad products and even worse customer service!!! Following are the emails I received after I contacted them: 1st response: Hello Flint, Can you please provide your order number so that we may further assist you? Thank you. 2nd response: Hello Flint, Thank you for that info. Can you please provide a photo of the helicopter? Thank you. (I responded by asking what they wanted me to photograph on helicopter and then got this response:) 3rd response: Hello Flint,Thank you for the prompt response. While I do understand your concerns on this matter, I would like to state that all of our items are shipping brand new and inspected before being shipped. Unfortunately, the item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange at this time. Any item, especially our RC Helicopters, that show signs of use will be discarded or returned to sender upon arrival.I apologize for the inconvenience (NOTE: I did not send the photograph yet, but I guess they decided they didn't need it) So I wrote them yet again and got this response: 4th response: Your RMA request for an exchange/refund has been authorized. *PLEASE DO NOT USE THE MANUFACTURER PACKAGING AS SHIPPING MATERIAL. ANY WRITING, MARKINGS OR TAPE WILL RESULT IN A PENALTY CHARGE. This RMA number will be valid for 10 days after issuance. To qualify for a refund/exchange, your item(s) must be received within 21 days of the order date. All items must be returned with original packaging materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected for misuse or abuse. Any merchandise received in such condition will be discarded or returned to you immediately and no refunds will be issued. Please be aware that certain returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. (Please feel free to ask questions regarding the RMA)THE FOLLOWING WILL VOID THE RMA: Helicopters or any Flying RC products: Any visible markings, dents, scratches or damage to the wings and body Over-Charging of the battery. Any form of Crash Landing or Dropping of the Helicopter So as you see, I am stuck with a defective helicopter and out $90.00

AirsoftRC.com is stealing from little kids!

My ten-year old son saved his money for months and bought a remote controlled Extreme Devil Boy Monster truck from AirsoftRC.com. when the truck arrived, the front wheels weren't engaged, and it didn't turn well. We packed it back into the box to ship back, and I spent the next three-weeks calling their customer service department - finally got through and they said they wouldn't refund his money because it had been "too long" - three weeks! And it doesn't say anything about a time restriction for returns on the website. I wouldn't have cared so much if it were my money, but it was my son's money - that now he doesn't have, and he doesn't have a truck that works!!! Don't buy from Airsoft.com!!!!

airsoft mega store does not sell rc cars. you are making the wrong company look bad.
