said they would check----after 2 days they emailed saying they were checking that was it--still no gun---i guess they are checking---who knows? they got my money-------STAY AWAY BAD SERVICE NO RETURN CALLS--NO RETURN EMAIL SLOW AT BEST--DOES ANYONE WORK THERE OR DID SNOW KILL THEM ALL---DONT BUY HERE-TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Horrible customer service at airsoft station

- - Dec 17: one item backordered with 1–2 weeks; 25 days later no update, and the order was canceled.

Placed this order Dec 15th, expecting to deliver before Christmas. Everything on the order was in stock.
Received an email Dec 17th stating one of the items were not in stock and placed on back order, estimated stock date 1-2 weeks. It is now January 9th (25 days later), tired of waiting, no further information about my order, called airsoft station, they have no idea when it will be in stock. I cancelled the order. Pathetic advertising and pathetic service.
Don't advertise what you don't have in stock.
I was expecting to have this as a gift for Christmas 2015 not 2016. Thanks for nothing.

Airsoft Station will not give me shipping Return, Address. all they said was, we will "SELL YOU A PART BUT NOT REFUND ANYTHING"
Purchased 0ver $100 worth of Airsoft stuff and now 5 1/2 days later they will do nothing!No Refund,No warranty, just NOTHING! will update you after the next let down.
after spending this kind of money for my only son it was a big let down for airsoftstation to do this to us online. I warn you do not shop here unless you want airsoftstation kirk to let you down like he did my son and I. I am not finished here.
First he tried to squeeze out of it by saying it was out of warranty. Then he said it was out of warranty only after 5 1/2 days. You are screwed here folks! Do not shop here and get scammed!
