I spent 3 hours trying to get a refund. The woman who answered the cs line was INCREDIBLY rude, hung up on me, and did t answer further calls.
I contacted their corporate overloads, exchanged emails and had a pleasant Convo with a young woman who never contacted me again.
As a matter of fact, I recently sent another email that she did not respond to. Scuzzy company.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Avoidike the plague. Go to Qwik Star and use their vacuums.

All this over a 2$ refund from THE rudest customer service person I have ever dealt with. Air serv customer service actually blocked one of my email addresses!!

Was on hold for 15 mins the first time, far over 20 mins the second time, and then she hung up on me.
SAME WOMAN. Speaks perfect English with a Hispanic accent.
Such run around and time wasted because you owe me $2. I hope you're not paying this woman more than $7.50 an hour, bc she's not worth any more than that. If I don't get a polite response, AND a refund I'm going to talk your company down all over the world.
I travel and I have a big mouth.

Rip Off of America
- - Air pumps are substandard and slow.
- - They charge $1.50 per tire, described as gouging.
- - A free competitor is planned.
The devices they use now to pump air are substandard and won't allow you to fill more than 1 tire in 4 minutes. It's been purposely dumbed down so you pay $1.50 for each tire.
It's getting more and more difficult to put air in your tires these days. Instead of someone filling *** they take advantage and gouge, using tricks and pathetic, near crooked business practices. The price is highway robbery and another example of raping people because they in bad situations. Despicable people.
I will start my own and place them next to theirs, and they will be free! Mark my words!
