purchased a port.Oxygen concentratorAIRSEP company via Sanrai Medical.we are facing following problems.

1. individual battery fully charged last only 12 minutes.

2. Machine does charge in a car.

Condition of my mother got deteriorated on move and all batteries get exhausted in 30 min,she was taken to doctor

I have arranged the money to buy product for my ailing mother, but product is of no use and I felt cheated.

So you are requested to pl get refund my money because it is clear cheat of Customer- Company relations.
