I tried to email and call this company.
When I first made the payment they were supposed to send me the QR Code in my email. They didn't.
So I emailed them and they did. I changed my mine and wanted to cancel the reservation. I emailed the company again. A representative named, "Cassie" replied.
She did not mention my request for a refund at all and just gave me another QR Code.
This company is horrible. Do not fall for the low prices.
I so regret my transaction with them. I will never ever use their services again.
