Took money for a deposit and then sold the car
We researched and found the perfect used car for our family. After working to find a price we could afford, it was late and we had to pick up our kids. We ask what was needed to make sure the car would still be there. We both had to work the next day and couldn't come right back. Shawn Stuart told us that we needed to fax our credit card number and drivers license to put a deposit on the car. We put money down to hold a car until we could come back on the weekend. The salesman called us the morning we were going to pick up the car and told us that they sold the car the previous night!!! He said he was sorry and he could refund us our money. These guys are jerks and only concerned about their pockets...not their customers and building a solid reputation. DO NOT EXPECT HONESTY HERE!!!!
