Absolutely terrible customer service. I contacted Airplus last year to install a HVAC unit because we didn't have any heat. My Insurance company offered to pay for the service and after the work was complete the insurance company came out to review the bill. The Insurance company only came out to do a review to ensure that the amount was legitimate and that the company was official. Well I work for the Department of Army, I was deployed during the time in which I wanted to get service on the unit so I had to reschedule several times to get the inspection for the unit. Well on today 18 August I finally received a call from a technician to come out and service the unit and I was refused serving halfway through the INSPECTION. Totally not right as far as customer service goes. Since I am a Contract Officer with the Department of Army I plan to submit my complaint to the Small business office as well as other websites so that consumers will be aware of the dissatisfaction I received.
