Extremely late shipping

I ordered these for a client on December 2nd, and was given an estimate of 7-8 days for arrival at the latest. It's now the 18th and I still have no plants, but I do have angry customers and have lost hundreds of dollars in Christmas gifts I had planned to sell. I guess I don't have a leg to stand on because he has written in his terms over and over "I can't guarantee a date". 16 days to stick a handful of plants in a bag seems excessive, though.

Caveat Emptor: Buyer Beware!

I have given this company three opportunities to complete a successful, stress free business transaction. Three strikes, and you're out. This company's owner is out. Way way out and out there.... First order took an email and three weeks to arrive, and were not as healthy as I expected, but I allowed it was their 'busy' season and tried again. Second order arrived more promptly, but some plants had bent and/or completely broken leaves; plants were smaller than advertised. Email to owner 'John' was answered rudely, advising I must be wrong because HIS plants are only the best in the business; suggested I just 'trim' the broken leaves. Because this vendor has the largest selection of tillslandsia I have found, I went back for one third try, to purchase larger specimens I could not find elsewhere. I ordered a number of red species to add color to my collection. Very unhappy with what arrived, as NONE were red, many were misshapened, a hanging plant had extensive brown, dry patches, and again generally unhappy with the condition of the plants, I contacted the owner by email and again received a rude response, accusing me of being abusive and ignorant on the subject of tillslandsia; I was advised that as I was 'very unhappy' was not his problem, and he would do no further business with me. Bad quality products

I ordered a variety of air plants, large clumps and glue to make a nce display. When I recived my package the large clump felt apart and the glue completely dry. I contacted the email add from their site and Mr John was extremely rude and not helpful at all. After insulting me and denying that I ever received a bad product , calling me abusive on my own money, he decides to offer a refund for the glue and a piece of advice how to glue my plant back together. Is not that the reason I paid for in the first place?!

Airplants4u bad service (like dealing with a 2 year old)

You must have noticed that there was a conflict, yet you tried to get free shipping even though prices were greatly discounted since 3 years ago when we did have a free shipping offer. The savings may be even more than if you would have ordered 3 years ago! Adding $15 to an order in order to receive free shipping does not make sense unless you wanted the plants.
