Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
wir hatten vom 11.10.-19.10.25 einen Parkplatz gebucht am
Flughafen 1, Berlin-Brandenburg, Airparks Express Parkplatz P 56,
12529 Schönefeld. Für diesen hatten wir vorab die komplette
Rechnung von 97 bezahlt.
Korrekt mit vorgegebenem QR-Code eingefahren und am vorgegebenen Ort geparkt, wurden wir am 19.10.25 mittels Schranke an der Ausfahrt gehindert und genötigt, weitere 169 zu bezahlen, da sich sonst die Schranke nicht öffnete
und wir den Parkplatz nicht verlassen konnten.
Es gab keinen Support und keine Reaktion des Unternehmens auf unsere dreimalige Anfrage, mit welcher Begründung man uns die Ausfahrt verwehrte und zur Zahlung von zusätzlichen 169 nötigte.

Verified Reviewer |We booked meet and greet at Luton airport as we had an early flight to France. We arrived in plenty of time only to find there was no meet and greet!
- - No meet-and-greet at the terminal; no signs.
- - We paid £15 to enter/exit.

We arrived in plenty of time at Luton airport to park and find the meet and greet at the terminal. There was no meet and greet at the terminal, and we searched everywhere, there were no signs to direct to meet and greet, and we ended up spending an hour going round and round and costing £15 to get in and out each time!
My granddaughter googled it quickly as were getting so short of time and it said it was 'Permanently Closed' with terrible reviews.
We had no other information supplied to us at booking and it turned into a nightmare. With us dumping the car at Long Stay and costing us £480 for the 6 days! We had to catch a bus and then run through to our gate and immediately catch our flight. We had arrived with over 2 hours to spare for our outbound flight at 7.15 am.
Leaving home at 2.30 am!
Long stay would not help either when we called them from France saying we had already parked so tough luck.
Thank you meet and greet you ruined our holiday, caused lots of stress and expense.
We wont ever use you again! We dont even want to rate them 1 star!
