Hello dears.
Hope this mail find you well. I have an issue according to my baggage transfer.
I was on trip from Paris CDG- Johannesburg -LUBUMBASHI. My reservation was in count of Airlink Which take care of the trip to Lubumbashi.
So when I was to transfers offices I was to show my ticket from air France and exchange it with Airlink. But my baggage seems to be not transferred.

Greetings,
I am writing to complain on two matters.
I have raised matter one regarding your unpalatable and repetitive meals on several flights, but this has been ignored. Without fail, the In Charge flight attendants say they will enter it in the flight report, which may or may not have transpired.
1.For the past 14 months, I have been subjected to the same unimaginative and distasteful meal as a vegetarian meal option.
There is zero variety, and as I note, there is a regression in the quality of the food options after 2021. Every airline operating in South Africa offers superior food to your airline and is responsive to their clients needs.
2.The second is the experience I had on flight 554 on 23 February 23, 2024, from Durban to Johannesburg with the male flight attendant on board who was rude and unprofessional.
I have never previously experienced such behaviour from any of your onboard staff and have been an active champion for your airline.
Given the compounding negative experience subjected to by Airlink, it is an irritation that I am no longer willing to tolerate, as your narrative of being a premium airline is simply insulting and, in my opinion, just not true. Seats on your aircraft should not be a metric of superiority.

I recently had the fortunate experience of flying with Airlink from PMB to JHB
I am disabled and have to rely on crutches to get around. On checking in at Pietermaritzburg I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect.
I was made to sit at the front of the growing queue and when we boarded was escorted to the plane by a hostess. She helped me to my seat and once settled everyone else as allowed to board.
I requested a wheelchair on arrival at OR Thambo as I am aware the distances are crazy.
Sure enough when we landed i had to wait till last and was escorted onto a strange little bus which took me directly to the terminal.
I was pushed to collect my bag and taken outside to catch my lift - all the time with very friendly and efficient staff helping me.
Refund from my cancelled ticket as I had made a double booking for the same flight
Both myself and my husband we made double bookings for the same flight and we had to cancel one for the refund

We travelled from George yesterday on flight 4Z694. The flight left on time but part way during the flight diverted to Durban to refuel.
As a result, we missed our premium economy flight with Virgin Atlantic to London Heathrow which they are unable to replace for a week and we lost our onward flight home to Jersey.
We have been obliged to take the only flight with seats today which are in Business Class, have cost us R162,000, a hotel which has cost us R2,000 and the new flight to Jersey tomorrow costing R8,000.
As no other aircraft were delayed by weather, we consider that we have incurred these costs due to Airlinks bad organisation. Please register this complaint

It was my first time using this airline and honestly the customer care is not so good especially the people working at the desk office in Bloem and Cape Town airport.
I just want to claim my compensation, how do I go about that because they failed to give me an email address?

What is Airlink doing?!
Imagine your flight is late, then the staff is rude, and then they lose your luggage. You just imagined Airlink.
Regarding the lost luggage it took them two months to come up with a 1 page document in which they deny any mistake on their part.
Now they ignore any and all emails. Pretty horrible company and its getting worse.

I kindly inform you that I herewith express my serious concern about the booking of my flight ( order number) M857XI.
I made the booking through FLIGHT NETWORK and their invoice stipulated an amount of SAR 2,621.26
I made the payment based on the understanding that the amount reflected is South African Rand, my credit card was however debited by an amount of R13306,77.
It is uncommon to buy return tickets from Bloemfontein to Cape Town of a ridiculous amount of R13306,77
I confirm herewith that Flight network made a misrepresentation with the amount payable.
The good name of Airlink is also at stake by the use of FLIGHT NETWORK as marketing tool.
Could you urgently intervene and assist me in solving this matter.
