My bag did not arrive in San Salvador on Aviance Airline on December 2. I had got help filling out a Spanish language form to report the missing bag.
Within 2 hours I had a text message that said Hello My Name, Were happy
To let you know that we have found your bag and are working to get it to your local airport (SAL). We will up date you once the bag reaches SAL.
Kindest Regards Aviance Baggage Service Team to 5 days and 9 phone calls later that my bag is in transent when the Apple hang tag clearly shows it has NOT MOVED. To today Dec.6 when your bag will be inspected, we need your lock combination to open your bag. The Apple hang tag shows the bag has clearly STILL NOT moved. There is no accountability for my bag!
This is the poorest customer service I have ever been involved with and I despair of ever seeing my bag again!! Dont ever take Aviance Airlinewalk or hitchhike instead!
