Airimba is the worst internet service I have ever had in my life
Not only are there connections about the equivalent speed of dial-up (on a good day), but they frequently have outages and random disconnects. I'm lucky to be able to stream a TV show or watch a youtube video. Generally, I have to let any stream before even starting it if I don't want it to freeze constantly while more is downloaded. And the customer support is pretty much useless. Honestly, this service is like the pizza hut of internet providers. You go there if you don't care about how *** of product/service you are gonna receive and just want something easy and convenient to sign up for (which was about the only nice thing). I am currently downloading a 60 MB file and it has taken about 10 mins and is still only half way done. On my old connection I could download that in a matter of seconds. Thank god I am switching internet services this friday or I think I might go find the Airimba Headquarters (more than likely located in some kids basement) and go on a murderous rampage.

Airimba wireless sucks
This company is a total fraud. I live in a locality where they've access points installed. I bought their 1 month plan 10 days ago. Since then I've managed to get access to the internet only on 2 occassions. For the last one week there's service outage in my locality. What's funny is, tech support line has been playing the same *** message for a whole week - "We've an outage in & we cannot give an estimate on how much time it'll take to set it right"...What a joke! The tech support people will not even let you collect the billing department's contact number to claim a refund. All they'll tell you is when matters become serious, they'll "escalate" it to their supervisors. I've had to borrow my friend's wifi signal but this company should be avoided like the plague. As for the service itself - The speed that I got on those 2 days was max 330kbps but videos were getting buffered. Not worth the money ($25 + $10 set-up fee which is a rip-off) at all.
