Placed an order on 23 May 2022 for a PAL version Crosman 1077. Payment processed immediately The next business day, RCMP issues the transfer permission for my PAL license Then there is no activity at all, my order says ''awaiting shipment'' By Wednesday evening I decide to send an email asking for an explanation AGS writes back that due to the new regulation it takes longer to ship PAL items... A BS excuse because the RCMP cleared that on May 24. They also mentioned how the storm left them without phones etc... but that my order should ship ''tomorrow or the next day'' No apologies whatsoever for the fact I paid extra for an express mail delivery service. On Thursday, still no activity. By Friday morning 10:00 AM, still no activity. I sent a last email saying that if my order didn't ship by noon, to cancel it and issue a refund. 3 minutes later I received a refund from Paypal. Again, no email from AGS, no apology, nothing. I have had the same issue on a previous order a year back with AGS, called them on the phone and they basically told me ''it is what it is'', they are very busy etc... Absolutely the worst customer service. I have spent about CAD $ 1,500 at this shop and they just don't seem to care and have any notion of proper customer care, loyalty or anything of the sort. I feel it is important that fellow air gun enthusiast know that shopping at AGS means you, as a client, are nobody. I am lucky I never had to do a warranty claim with these people, pretty sure it would have been a terrible experience judging by how they handle phone calls and emails. Do not spend your money there.
