Not a pissed customer, leaving an honest review.
First time airgun buyer, new to the hobby, decided to buy from them. Their stock is excellent and have a huge variety to choose from, when everyone else in my area has very low selection and about 3-5 of those items actually in stock.
Shipping was fast, and packing was secure and confidential in case you don't want nosey neighbours or roommates seeing what you're bringing into the house. Called their 1-800 number to ask about their packaging after it shipped, and the owner answered in one ring, answered my question quickly and was really friendly. Sounded like a guy I'd want to drive an hour and a half to buy in store from.
Might do that next time. My only complaint is their return policy but they explain why they don't do refunds, and I think it's pretty reasonable.

Placed an order on 23 May 2022 for a PAL version Crosman 1077.
Payment processed immediately
The next business day, RCMP issues the transfer permission for my PAL license
Then there is no activity at all, my order says ''awaiting shipment''
By Wednesday evening I decide to send an email asking for an explanation
AGS writes back that due to the new regulation it takes longer to ship PAL items... A BS excuse because the RCMP cleared that on May 24.
They also mentioned how the storm left them without phones etc...
but that my order should ship ''tomorrow or the next day''
No apologies whatsoever for the fact I paid extra for an express mail delivery service.
On Thursday, still no activity.
By Friday morning 10:00 AM, still no activity.
I sent a last email saying that if my order didn't ship by noon, to cancel it and issue a refund.
3 minutes later I received a refund from Paypal. Again, no email from AGS, no apology, nothing. I have had the same issue on a previous order a year back with AGS, called them on the phone and they basically told me ''it is what it is'', they are very busy etc...
Absolutely the worst customer service.
I have spent about CAD $ 1,500 at this shop and they just don't seem to care and have any notion of proper customer care, loyalty or anything of the sort. I feel it is important that fellow air gun enthusiast know that shopping at AGS means you, as a client, are nobody.
I am lucky I never had to do a warranty claim with these people, pretty sure it would have been a terrible experience judging by how they handle phone calls and emails. Do not spend your money there.

Hello not sure if I would by from here again product purchased was ok but shipping was bad had to get reimbursed for shipping charges because it took 8 days to deliver from Peterborough Ontario to Windsor Ontario after I paid nearly 40 dollars for overnight service mostly because airgunsource was too lazy to ship the rifle the next day I ordered on a Thursday before a long weekend thinking they would ship it the Friday the next day but no they waited till the Tuesday then I still didn't get the product for three more days I could've drove there 5 times in that time frame seems they were not concerned with getting the order out in a timely fashion I happen to be in the transportation business for 30 years and if you can't satisfy a easy overnight delivery like this there really is no reason to be in business meaning I could of drove 5 hours and picked it up myself 6 times over not good will think seriously next time I order which probably be never.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with "Air Gun Source Canada": they charged me 699.99$+tax for "Beeman P1" airgun SUPPOSED TO BE BRAND NEW unfortunately it had scratches on it and the screws on the handle were played with: REFURBISHED !
BE AWARE: AIR GUN SOURCE CANADA IS NOT A RELIABLE airgun COMPANY!

I just noticed that the Beeman P1 gun has scratches and the 2 screws have been opened more than once as you can see on photos attached. I am not accepting your charge of 699.99$ as BRAND NEW.
I will notify my Credit Card Company, cancel my payment and also write to:
-Consumer Protection
-Consumer Reports.org
I regret, but YOU SENT ME A REFURBISHED GUN! I am a REGISTERED MECHANICAL ENGINEER (OIQ) and I know very well materials, I studied at University and have enough experience (I am 68).
