Verified ReviewerAirespring's Breach of Contract and Fraudulent Claims
I am writing to report a serious breach of contract and fraudulent activity perpetrated by Airespring and Caine & *** who is aiding Airespring's fraudulent activity.
In November 2023, we signed an order form with Airespring to provide internet service with a specific deadline. The agreement outlined the terms of service, including a no installation fee and monthly rates of up to $600. However, Airespring altered the terms in December, demanding a significant installation fee of $19,000 and delaying the service delivery beyond the agreed-upon deadline.
Who would pay $19,000 for an internet connection? So, we rejected this additional fee; Airespring subsequently canceled the order. To our astonishment, a month later, we began receiving demands for a substantial Early Termination Fee of $37,000, an entirely unfounded claim as no service was ever provided. Early Termination implies that the service was provided, and we terminated the service early. However, no service was provided, and no installation was performed because Airespring canceled the order. So how did Airespring falsely and fraudulently create this $37,000 early termination fee from a $600 monthly internet service order?
Airespring has now assigned this fabricated debt to a collection agency, Caine & *** which has been harassing us with threats and demands. Caine & *** have provided no supporting documentation or proof of service to justify the claim; they only had a fabricated statement by Airespring showing that $37,000 was past due. This behavior constitutes a potential fraud.
We have been loyal customers of Airespring for many years and have given $65,000 of business to Airesping. As soon as they lose our business, they turn hostile! This experience has been highly disappointing and damaging to our business. We urge other consumers to be aware of this company's unethical behavior and to exercise caution when dealing with Airespring.
DISHONEST AND FRAUDSTERS
Terrible company for our big business. They scammed us, refused to share the costs of installation until it was too late.
They told us to get a vendor and that we needed to cover the costs of their installation.
When the price was far too high, we said we couldn't do it and they sent the bill for the full installation. Lawyers are currently involved.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Verified Reviewer | Arnold, MissouriService work almost as expected.
I have been a customer of Airespring for over 3 years. The data team and phone system works pretty well.
But the customer service that they try to sell you on if not even close to accurate. Best advice is to run, currently in the process of finding another provider. Dealing with Airespring is a nightmare, if you need to make a change $75 change, if you want to add another line, new contract and takes weeks. Shouldn't take this long to add a line plus another $75 MACD change.
Everything has to have a new contract for all devices, not just the new line and take forever.
I have over 100 extensions and 6 internet connections with them. Not looking forward to moving, but need to for my own sanity.

Worst company to work with EVER
Please save yourself time, money and headaches. We signed contract with AireSpring one year ago, are phones are still not working correctly.
We cannot transfer a call, receive a message, there is interference on the lines. When we have asked for help the problems are NEVER solved. We have been told we already answered that question, or did you check the instructions you were given. We were sold on a program that we would be totally trained on and that we had 24 hours customer service.
NONE of that has came true. Now when we want to cancel our contract they say we haven't placed enough service orders and they want $ 27,000.00 to release us from the last 2 years of our contract.
Also we signed a contract to pay approx $800 per month however our billing is almost $1100.00 per month. WORST company!!!
- We could not cancel even before the final hookup
- Service before we were connected
Preferred solution: Full refund
Misrepresent renewal of contract
They contacted us tellling us we were on a month to month since the contract ended. In order to keep our pricing they pestered us to renew the existing contract, no extra payments, plus 3 months free if we sign up for 3 years.
We did so, thinking it was a simple renewal, the bill came in at 400 dollars extra. We are currently battling the bill, considering a lawsuit. They won't answer any calls or talk to us.
We threatened to not pay the bill which is why they finally talked to our accounting department. Terrible company and rips off its' customers.
Preferred solution: do what they said they were doing. Honor the email thread. Stop being shady and dishonest.
Kings of Incompetence
We are a large contracting company and we depend on our phone service. We have been AireSpring customers less than a year and have yet to experience reliable phone service.
The list of outages is in excess of 30 over the 11 months. Average length of outage is 3 days. THREE DAYS ON AVERAGE! A business can NOT function without phone service.
In the short time we have been customers, service was so bad, I was able to get a 4 month credit on our account. It's still so bad, they are letting us out of our three year contract with no penalty, because they KNOW they SUCK!
Many of our customers think we have gone out of business. We have lost tens of thousands of dollars in operating costs.
One time, some genius named Amy working in AireSpring customer service offered me a Starbucks gift card for my troubles. HA! Are you kidding me? GET REAL.
All finger pointing, and no responsibility or action.

Miss leading contracts
Any company that has an email Disputes@***.com you know that company is a scam. I was sold that my phone bills would be cheaper and a contract that said my monthly recurring charges would be $700, but then when the bill comes it is $300 more.
Where did that $300 come from you ask? The tiny fine print that says that the MRC doesn't include taxes and other fees. Then when you complain they tell you to email their dispute department. Obviously this is common for them.
I hope this helps someone else not fall victim to their deceptive practices.
This is just like the airline industry hiding taxes and fees and finally the government had to step in and make them stop those practices. I'm not done with this.
Worst phone & internet service EVER
We are a business in metro Atlanta. An independent sales *** convinced us to go with AireSpring.
that was a HUGE mistake! We have had nothing but trouble. Outages. Phones may work, but internet won't.
It is always a headache, a whole lot of time and phone calls, and a long wait to get some sort of resolution to the problem. We got roped into a 3 year contract. I HATE contracts. And, this is why.
For the last 2 years and 5 months, we haven't had issues with our credit card terminal on AireSpring. A couple of weeks ago, it stops connecting. The credit card processor replaces the terminal and it works for a few days (really bizarre). Then it stops working again this morning.
After calls to the credit card place, it's determined that it isn't the terminal...it's (you guessed it!)...AIRESPRING! We call them. They "escalate" the trouble ticket. Their answer: Well, we've tried everything we know to try.
We never guaranteed that our system would support a credit card terminal. Seriously?? They sell service to businesses and they think we don't have to process payments via credit cards. Our contract is up in 7 months.
I can't wait to tell them where to stick their non-service.
It is HORRIBLE! The worst EVER!!

The keep charging your credit card even after you cancel service and move offices
The good news, AireSpring has a lot of potential. Although it has a few bugs, and can have intermittent static calls, after they work out the issues, you should be good for several months until they have another static/crackle problem. They usually fix it after 3 - 4 calls and several emails.
Eventually everything was fairly good for many years. Until we moved offices.
The bad news, they keep billing your credit card even after you are no longer a customer.
To cancel their service you go to their website and submit a cancellation. SAVE A COPY. They will state that you need to use another email that is not published on their site. At which time, they will say the effective cancellation is now 45 days from when they provide you the new email to cancel. Make sure to save all emails, phone calls, and notes.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THEM BILLING WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Even after you have been a customer for many years, if you ever decide to switch to another carrier you will be hounded by their accounting dept for months trying to collect when your previous office location is not even there.
The service eventually works well, though the experience with their accounting department is another story. I would not recommend AireSpring for this reason.
Preferred solution: Full refund
Took over 60 days to move expided order 1/2 mile
In MY opinion, worst customer service in the telecom industry. (and that is saying ALOT) While when actually talking to the techs they are friendly enough but their policies and procedures are totally like the Bell of old.
They 'screw' you are every chance, constantly drop the ball, ping-pong you around other divisions without taking ANY ownership and generally a very bad company to do business with. You HAVE to watch your behind and make SURE your read EVERY line of email, contract or any communications with them.
Having been in telecom business for 30 years I've seen some bad ones and this company is right 'down' there with the worst of them. I have made it a personal mission to replace these guys.
Airespring
Do yourself a favor and use ANY other company for your phone service needs.
We have repeatedly had numerous problems with this company, sometimes several problems in the same week. I have already filed a formal complaint with the FCC as well.
We are trying to run a business, but the phones won't ring, or we lose service entirely, or the customers cannot hear us when we are speaking, and sometimes customers try to call us and cannot even get through because we are experiencing yet another service interruption.
Every time we have a problem we advise Airespring, and then we have to wait a couple of days and chase after them to even look into the problems - and after a couple of days and numerous requests they finally get back to us. But the problems continue and this is an ongoing thing ever since we signed up with them a year ago.
I have never in my life experienced such horrible phone service and to top it off they do not care about taking care of problems that repeatedly arise for their customers. They simply do not care and cannot be bothered.
We simply cannot run our business this way.
Seriously RUN AWAY from this company!!
DIRTY HIRING PRACTICES
This company calls you in for an interview, then during the interview they hardly ask you any questions about your experience because all they do is tell you about the position you have applied for, then at the end out of nowhere they spring an I.Q test on you that is timed. After the I.Q.
test, they ask you to wait while they go and grade to test. If you don't pass the I.Q. test they come back and tell you "Well we won't be making any decisions right now, but if you want to know the status of your application you can call us." This company makes you feel ***.
Even if you are qualified for the position you are applying for, if you don't pass the I.Q. test then they won't hire you.
Tech support deals with outages terribly
Airespring outages are not common but when they do happen tech support is terrible. They never give details of what is going on or when issues my be resolved.
The only answer I get is "we are trying to isolate the problem". As I type this my service has been down for over 30 minutes. This is a commercial account and when phones are down we are loosing money! I have contacted tech support on several occasions and can not report a single time when things went smoothly.
I have been promised callbacks many times and when the callback time comes around, no call. Service is fine when all is working but do not count on a good experience with their support.
Do not work there if you are in the Channel
The management distrusts outside channel managers and you will use your equipment at your expense with no support. Get ready for California time calls every evening and Ron will not support you.
These guys are scientologists and they will only hire you to get your agent database to fill what they do not have . If they so much as ever have sniffed your partner, you will no be able to work with them.
I bey you, no matter how desperate you are do not go to work there. You will be in the same boat very quickly, without a job, time wasted and missed opportunity.
AIRESPRING Long Distance Telephone: they cant furnish decent connections
Rather unusual situation, they are unable to furnish a good connection with Europe (Italy and France), and after 50 e-mails, being called on weekends at 7 am by their technical reps and kept on the phone for 1/2 hr to allow them to "fix the problem", after having had my parents called in the middle of teh night "to check", they finally say "we are unable to perform", no ciontraectual obligations on my side, just plain inability to furnish a good connection on theirs.
A fun touch given by this Customer Service Supervisor, as incompetent in terms of reaching a viable result as he was in pompousness of expressions
