Beware

This is an AC company. We bought our unit from them and the warranty expired 6 months ago. We needed service when the fan stopped working. There is nothing wrong with the work this company does. The problem is that their technician stole from us. We know who and when people come into our home and when the items were last seen. No doubt it was him. When we contacted the owner, he was totally nonchalant about it and told us that since the warranty had expired, we could always use another company for our service. His excuse was that he only has two technicians in our area, and he would "talk to him" I surmise that he has no problem with his technicians being thieves.
