This place is a joke !! Their furniture is utter *** and it's way overpriced for the quality . The manager is an *** and knows nothing about customer service . Will stick to the brick in future .

Lane/Airdrie home furn is TERRIBLE
I worked for lane home furnishings here in calgary,alberta(airdrie home furnishings is the warehouse). and believe me, it is a HORRIBLE company! run by people who do not know anything ! they screwed us out of pay, screwed customers out of money, the furniture is absolute garbage! we did NOTHING BUT returns/exchanges! the owner (cody nudd) is a complete *** who only cares about $$$$ and thats IT! they make promises they can't keep to customers, their trucks shouldn't even be on the road!!!! kenworth told me to take the truck off the road because it's unsafe!(bent frame,etc) I will NEVER ever buy from lane or airdrie home furnishings, i'll stick to my la-z-boys!

We have shopped at Airdrie Home Furnishings a couple of times and haven't had any issues. Staff is very personable and down to earth; they remember our faces every time we come in.
We have bought our furniture and will continue to buy our furniture from here over any other "big box" furniture store based on their customer service alone. In addition to that, they carry very great furniture brands that are known for their quality.
There is an additional comment on Google maps regarding this business. It appears that things are no so terrible at Airdrie Home Furnishings. Aren't personal attacks supposed to be deleted.
I have had great experiences with Lane in Calgary. I found the staff to be friendly and competent.
The Airdrie location was another story. They told us that our piece was ready for pick up and then took 1/2 hour to find it in the warehouse.

I have bought quite a few items from Lane Home Furnishing and dealt with Cody a couple of times. He was always more than helpful and friendly. I love my furniture and had no problems with either of my three deliveries.
these sound like disgruntled ex employee comments coming from someone who doesn't know how to do an honest day's work. of course you hate them...they found you out.
