My credit card was charged fraudulent by AIRBNB I tried to call CS but they cant help. How is it possible in this day and age this company doesnt have a fraud department. I have never made a reservation with this company. NEVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD THEY HAVE EMPLOYEES COMMITTING FRAUD.

Failure of their system

Two days before i tries to book the only good prices apartment for the desires dates on Barcelona. I did the payment and after 5 minutes they refund me and cancel my reservations due to their system failure.

Host told me that she didnt got any message for my booking. My money are pledged from my bank for 5-7 days. I send on customer support the problem and they said some irrelevant things and excuses. I lost the apartment because someone else booked it after that and this was the only good price.

I demanded a discount voucher because of their faulty system but the refused to gave to me and they said we are sure you will find something else (much more expensive than this of course). I am very disappointed i will try mot to use airbnb again.

The worst customer service

First , everything is sent to India, they cannot solve even the simplest of problems and will waste hours or days or your time every time and achieve nothing most recently I requested my 4 star review was marked as a 5 and needed to be fixed apparently even something so simple as this is impossible for these customer service ambassadors what a joke. Horrible Horrible company avoid air BNB deal directly with the owners

Place had mice. Oven did not work.

Toaster was broke. Electrical cords everywhere. Gaping hole in loft railing. Bugs on counter tops.

Ant baits laying about. Broken pots and broken up boots at the front door. The backyard had planters that rotted out of the baskets lying around. Rotted grill parts and utensils lying around.

Air conditioner filters filthy. It was a house of horrors. Airbnb will not allow me to review the place I paid to stay in. They refunded the unstated nights but won't let me review the place even though the night we suffered through was not refunded.

Sneaky. 751 Hivkory Hollow Road Berkeley Springs, WV do not stay there. Awful.

I didn't take pictures of all the atrocities we witnessed. I did get a few.

Airbnb - Cant check in
I never heard anything from host except form responses which did not address my concern. We were not able to check in for 3 hours with 2 young children and two adults in their 70s. I contacted AirBandB numerous times asking for assistance with a contact through phone call, email And text. Nothing, but they were in contact with the host and working on it. Then I would see that the case was closed and I could Contact them again. Whydym Was wonderful and provided a condo , but it was not on the Ocean as our original Rental. I thought some Compensation was in order.

Reservations have Stopped!

I have been a superhost of Airbnb and a member for EIGHT years. I have had 85-90% occupancy for all that time. Inexplicably and suddenly, my bookings completely Stopped in November. There is obviously a problem with their program but I have gone through customer service demanding a fix every day for Months to no avail. Their suggestions are ridiculous and their help non-existent. This is my livelihood and I am desperate for help!

Safety issue

Airbnb's customer service is absolutely useless. They just keep passing you on to the next person who doesn't help you and keep seeing how sorry they are for the inconvenience. It's like there are a million customer service people working for Airbnb and none of them can make decisions to resolve an issue. Beyond frustrating when you need help from Airbnb!
