AirBnB has the worst customer service! It's just like dealing with an Auto Insurance claim, you have an agent who cant resolve anything and then they pass it to a case manager which you cant speak with. You have to wait for them to call which in this case it has been 48hrs and still no callback. Basically they setup a loop hoping you back away and give up. Joe is a smiling fool who says he'll do things and doesn't. Place is dirty, heat is not balanced, shower curtain in tub moldy, handles on faucets in kitchen and shower come off in hands, sewer problem in whole building, keys to back door not front door, snow removal bad, rooms radically different than shown yet same prices, linens and beds not good and not changed unless specifically demanded, toilet paper has to be asked for! i could go on but...

Airbnb charged me twice for the same booking. When I called to ask for a refund on the 2nd charge, they told me it never went thru. I gave them transaction # and then they said someone will call me. I was denied a reeference # to my phone call and I was "professionally" hung up on when I asked for the customer complaint hotline. I will never use them again.

This room is overpriced, crapy student accommodation. It is predictably dirty and I had to dust & clean the room when I arrived. Lazy children and an absent landlord run this house, stay at the Holiday Inn two blocks away for the same price and someone will make your bed everyday.
