Cost to check a bag

Hello, my partner and I checked into the Vilnius airport on 29/10/24 to fly to Amsterdam, then Detroit, then Madison, WI. I had to pay €150 to check two bags.

(When we flew from Madison, WI to the Baltic states, we checked two bags for free.) I feel Air Baltic's baggage fees are ridiculous and I have tried to get a refund but was not successful.

I will not be flying Air Baltic ever again.

Hi AirBaltic team,

I am experiencing a technical issue in which I have placed an order under the account name - Jelizaveta Kirejenkova, flight from Riga to Palanga - 2024, 16 July, 23:15 PM. The money has been withdrawn from my bank account, but the ticket has not been emailed to me. Would you kindly be able to assist me on this matter, and either email me the ticket or refund the money.

Thanks,

Jelizaveta
