I have now bought three refills for the air wick mist essentials, and not been able to get cap off any of them asked people to try to do it with no success, I am oap its ridiculous that they are this hard to do, with regard Christine Conroy

Glads candle
- I used these products for years and bought a new fireplace.
- A glass candle broke, cut my hand, and could damage the fireplace.

Im Before I start I should thats I had used these products for years, However after buying a new fireplace & sofa for Christmas time. I light my on the fireplace to linger around my home.
However we decided to head to see fireworks so he blowing the candles out light locked up and left. After a night with the kids, we started to clean up & then I decided to put all glass, When I went to move the glass candle it broke in my Han cut my thumb and its also burnt my fireplace witch could have cost damage to my house & finally. They be tested and heat resistant..
I very happy with this. I feel Im going to speak to someone with more knowledge and experience..

- Longtime Air Wick user; Spring Roses edition was my favourite, but a new unit won't spray out of the box and two older units have stopped working.
Have bought your airwick fresh matic sprays for a number if years now- my all time favourite being the special edition of spring roses. However feel really disappointed at the moment as I have 1 new unit just out of the box, which refuses to spray...l have already tried your troubleshooting page to no avail, and having used these products fir years now, I now how to use them.
Another issue is that a further 2 units which have been in constant use for around a year, have now stopped working too!!
Not too happy with this, soo may need to switch to another brand as I can risk the expensive of purchasing any further units which either won't work from the start, or expire a short time later. Ps all batteries changed and checked.
