I got my straw in the mail today. excited i ran tot he kitchen to open it up and try it.

The back of the box pictured cherry cola in the variety pack as being red in color. So I opened the one that matched that picture since they don't put text on the cartridge. It was in fact fruit punch NOT cola. I had ordered an additional 3 pk a cherry cola so I opened those so I knew which one was the CORRECT pod.

I can barely smell anything and what I do smell if flat cola! and it taste like water nothing else. I reached out to your chat bot and requested human interaction. Bots are so annoying as is a company who hides all phone numbers and emails!

That in itself is a red flag I over looked! I also overlooked many reviews on line that said similar that this product is not what you hype it to be. The bot tells me I can not return it because it is opened. My question to you is how can the end user try it unless you open it?

How can a customer not open the second pack purchased when your graphic team did not picture the correct color on the back of the variety pack. I have already posted to FB. Tonight I have 5 friends coming to try and do a TIKTOK then insta and so on. Had you marked the pacjkaging correclty I could at least have returned the 3 pk cherry cola.

instead I will call my back show them the bait and switch marketing on the packaging and other reviews and I will be refunded. Had you simply offered a human to talk with and not restrict the number of character like your twitter then I would have moved on quietly. But the fact you hide is unacceptable. I will post and discourage more than 50.00 bucks in sales for the holiday season.

Horrible customer service and lame product. I don't taste anything but water and the slightest hint of flat soda.

I am starting a series on my socials of how to spot companies that don't have phone numbers, bot chats (with limited characters allowed) and to look on bank statements where there usually a phone number listed for the company. You are hiding for a reason and I will now expose that.

Had delivery, parcel left behind bin in heavy rain, when picked parcel up, all items inside water damaged, unable to get hold of customer service to return or replace!! Its not like I have only spent £10 I have spent over £50
