No Customer Service after the sale

They were more that happy to sell us a very expensive HVAC unit and put in new duct work. But when it came time to have a service call for them not correctly converting the furnace from natural gas to LP we get the run around from the Office Manager and are told to wait for two weeks because their "only certified furnace tech" is on vacation. The temps are dropping into the 40's and we have a baby, this was explained to them numerous times with no help or resolving the situation other than we have to just wait. Then we are told that the part is not even available until the day prior to the tech arriving back. They even blamed the county inspector saying that he passed the inspection, not part of what is checked. Sorry lame excuse. We explained again that the temps are dropping and the Office Manager asked if we had space heaters! Really? She said she does and insinuated we should too. By this time we were not getting anywhere and again asked to talk to the owner and were told he was out of town and probably would not call us back. After two weeks we might have heat, or not. They have their money and just do not care about the customer or what needs to be done for warranty work.
