Failure to provide documentation

Hello,

I have emailed and called almost daily since October 30, 2024, asking for my receipts, invoices, and warranty information. I have yet to receive a receipt from my service on October 30, 2024, and October 28, 2024. I would also like a description of repairs completed on November 14, 2024, for my records.

Since the company indicated that my 10-year parts, labor, and maintenance warranty would not cover the service completed on October 30, 2024, I would also like to receive paperwork indicating what is and what is not covered under my warranty.

Thank you. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Jessica

Company overcharges for labor costs. And no itemized receipt.

This company did come out initially when I called within 48 hours. They diagnosed the issue with my A/C outside unit which was only 9 months old.

They said they could repair it for $1528. I provided the servicer with proof of my warranty. They were here only an hour. They wanted 50% down I complied.

Then the real prob started. 5x scheduled & no show. Then when they came out to repair. 45 min.

Labor. Wanted the other 50% I said they needed to wait since I waited 1.5 mo. For service. They did discount by another 50% to 382 but I wound up paying $1164 dollars for 1.5 hours of labor.

That should have cost me no more than $375.

According to standard rate of $150. I would not recommend this price gouging company to any one.
