Air master services have been only very professional to me. My furnace went out New Years eve and they came to the house within an hour and checked it out. They have done a fair number of jobs for me and I would highly recommend this company.

Did not show up

First he was moaning about i am the only one in Pearland for service so he had to drive so far and then set up a time between 5 & 8pm and never showed up. Then like other person mentioned here, no response to any voice mails. There is no email confirmation or any thing to say what time they will come, very unprofessional company. I have a infant at home and imagine in Texas summer with ac not cooling. Thank you Sam at Air masters for making us go through this, hope we get some thing this week end.

In defense of Air Master Services

I am totally at odds with the way the viewing display and continuing appearance of long past complaints may be affecting a diligent and hard-working businessman, who in my experience, has always placed himself in a position to help and provide any need necessary to his customer, including a very professional approach and manner. In addition to expressing extra care for the customer, Sam is proven himself consummate in providing a sound trust in his word and promise. I would encourage anyone who requires their services to contact Sam. He will accomplish that critical task to your complete satisfaction. They are a stand-behind company in the utmost degree! The damage continues after the greivience is satisfied...Lets be Fair to the Business

Even after the Air Masters was responsive to solve the customer's problem, the complaint viewing, when customer's pull up his web site, is still showing like it continues or is unresolved. Whats the deal with being fair and right, not to say more hurtful than right can find excuse to exist further in this case. I have be come an advocate/customer of Air Master just to stand in the gap of defense and understanding. I would like to see the Viewing to reflect the change or be put in a file that does not continue to hurt his business advertisement by being unfair.

Air masters services

Air Masters has been a life saver for me for the last five years. I will only allow this company to service my heater and air conditioner. I've never been over priced like other companies. Service was always friendly and professional. I was alway shown the part that was broken or replaced. I can always count on Air Masters good service. And I am an African American woman and never have felt any racial bias or stigma against me. I was just another costomer. All the technicians were friendly and respectful. They did their job and the results were always very good. I would reccommend Air Masters Services to my family or friends.

I recently had my air conditioning completely quit on me a few days ago late at night. I called Airmaster remembering from a previous call that they are 24 hours.

I was serviced within the hour and the pricing was extremely fair.

This is the only company I want to service my home and they are trustworthy and reliable. I recommend them anytime I hear anyone needing their AC fixed

Nice try "anonymous." Who do you think is going to believe this? If you are reading this looking for A/C repair work, better do your homework and see what REAL customers had to say. Then call someone else.

Just last week on Sunday, August 16th my air conditioning stopped working and I placed a service call to Mr. Saleh. Within a couple of hours he arrived and determined that the problem was a fuse which he replaced at a cost of $120. At the same time my sister asked Mr. Saleh for the part he replaced. Mr. Saleh bristled at the request and became angry and raised his voice and pointed his finger at her, talking about how long he has been in business and saying that he is a member of the BBB. My sister responded by ordering Mr. Saleh not to point his finger at her. Obviously there was a negative charge in the air after this exchange. Nevertheless I (the customer who has paid this man close to $3,000 in the past month) went on to give Mr. Saleh his check and he left. At that point the a/c was working so I left the house. I returned a couple of hours later only to learn that the air conditioning had shut off shortly after I left the house. I immediately called Mr. Saleh and he said he was no longer in the area, and that he would return the next morning at 9 am. Mr. Saleh never showed up at 9 am, nor did he return any of my voice mail messages that I left on both his phone numbers. He did pick up his phone however when my sister called him on her cell phone (which doesn't show a number he was familiar with) and said he would arrive at the house between 5 and 6 pm. He never arrived nor did he ever call to offer an explanation. This is the complaint!!! I finally had to call someone else to come in and look into my problem. Mr. Saleh only appears to be interested in getting the money and doesn't seem to understand the art of customer service at all. My sister wanted to add her own note: As African Americans, it is a common to encounter contemptuous behavior from all sectors, foreign born included. In trying to deconstruct that finger pointing, enragement incident, I did a little research on Jordan (where Mr. Saleh hails from) and quickly pulled up an article illustrating what disregard Jordanian men have for their own women. Factoring in what might be an added degree of disdain for African descended people which most foreign borns either carry with them from their own culture or quickly learn upon arriving in America, could possibly be the reason for such arrogance and rudeness – a real outstanding display of unprofessionalism.

Air Master Services provided excellent service; quotes were on the mark, professional while onsite. They did a follow up calls to assure all was working well. Would recommend them to others and I will contunue to use their services for routine system maintenance.

Having been in business for 35 years, dealing with people who are seeking a service to be performed or a product delivered in one piece. I have always used the "What if" formula in dealing with a hated situation or difference in opinion, from both sides of the fence,either as a consumer or provider and it is simple!

What if this person's wife is cheating on him? now that would mess up your day or What if she just got a call from the vet and he told her that her favorite cat has been brought in by a stranger who saw it get hit hit by a semi truck! I would be a tab-bit on edge wouldn't you?...on and on it goes, so the thought I would keep during such times where I just wanted to tell someone to go take a flying #%$@! leap I would stay calm and say nothing and speak softly while they screamed and after awhile they realized...They were the only one screaming and mad and ,well quite frankly they would begin to look like they felt ***.

So the moral is this( for those who don't agree with me I say...Hows your cat doing?}... but please excuse me now,but I have to call a repairman for my broken a/c unit..."Huh, Hello, is this Air Master?"

With so many other reputable A/C companies in Houston, why take a chance with this outfit? They apparently have issues with honesty. I think the original post by Dana Wallace tells you everything you need to know.

Airmaster services "NOT AirmasterS" put

in my airconditioning unit and fixed my vents also. The price was reasonable and

I really likes the owner. He was polite,

informative and stayed right on top of his

workers. I highly reccommend him.

Shame on people who look for something for nothing and purposely slander and try to destroy good people in stead of trying to work out the problem.

You do not want Airmaster Services anywhere near your house or your family. They've left a long trail of dissatisfied and angry former customers across Houston.

Google them and see. There are so many other more reputable, honest A/C contractors in Houston, why hire these low-lifes?

George is a wonderful AC guy, he had came over to my house twice this year for two issues in my AC and he got them fix quick and suprise me how nice he is.. I'll trust this guy to fix my proplems and I will tell my friends about him

There were two of their trucks park right the entrance to our circle. After waiting to see if they would move one, I had to end up going on the curb.

When I pulled up in my drive way and got out they started shouting out *** things.

They sure didn't look or sound very professional and I would sure worried about letting some one looking like that it my house. There has to be many better companies than this street company.

George is a great guy he installed my a/c unit a year ago and so far i've had no problems with it. Just last week he stopped by to check on it at no charge. Im extremely satisfied
