I stopped payment through my bank and was refunded the amount. Not only did they charge me for 2025, they ran through a charge last year unbeknownst to me.

That is being disputed also. Airmail is absolutely the worst. No customer service and no follow up.

Stop payment through your bank/credit card company. Do not have anything to do with Airmail.

I noticed a $79.99 charge to my credit card for an annual membership. First, I wonder how they ever got my credit card number and secondly, I never authorized anything.

Three emails to customer service and no responses. There is also no phone number.

Customer service is non existent for something you can read anywhere. Terrible business to deal with.

I tried to change my incorrect email, so I could subscribe to your newsletter. Was unable, so I called your customer service number and was promptly disconnected by the representative.

User's recommendation: Don’t bother
