Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Actually they never did contact me nor was I ever able to contact them on the phone. I was able to get someone in their chat finally.

I even pressed the button for ordering a product which you would think someone would actually answer but no.
Online chat doesn't work either. Leaving a voice mail is useless also, no return call.

I needed to get a remote control for my air, innovations humidifier. I went on their website and ordered the correct remote and it was delivered without a battery in the remote.
We purchased the correct battery, installed it, however, the remote does not operate the humidifier. I have tried to call Air Innovations several times for the past two days and theirmailbox is full.
The website is supposed to have a live chat, which is not available! At this point, I am frustrated to see how I can obtain a working remote!

bought two air innovations fans from qvc both of these fans fell apart the first 6 months, the stand kept falling apart, had to duct tape together, very unsteady they got broken from the stand not holding them up and falling on the floor immediately after turning on from the vibration running, so sad those show hosts on QVC are professional liars and QVC stealing the customers money, yet they keep going, WHO DO THEY KNOW AND PAY OFF, the host can't have any felling of guilt to stand on tv and tell down right lies, knowing the products are rip offs, may they will get karma that they for promoting thieving QVC lies and thieving
