Requesting animal support please
Dear sir/madam, I hope that this email finds you well. I am contacting you because I bought a flight to go to Spain and I need to take with my emotional support animal (it is a cat). I have filled all the documentation for this purpose, but when I click to customer service in order to update them it is stated "page not found". This is the only contact email Í found on Air Europa Website. I would really appreciate if you could assist me on submitting the documents for my having my animal support in cabin with me. And I'd really appreciate if the in case that you do not accept my cat as a emotional support animal, if you could book for me an animal in cabin, even if I have to pay. I cannot travel without her. Please, find below the information about the flight I'm interested in. I bought the ticket with a potential cancelation un to 24h. I'd appreciate your help with my case. AirEuropa Terrible Service
I am a U.S. citizen and bought a multicity fight on AirEuropa from Salvador Bahia Brazil to Munich, Munich to Madrid and returning from Madrid to Salvador Brazil. I went into their offices in Barra to buy the ticket because aireuropa website does not offer multi-city options. The airline was going to charge me extra if I pre-selected my seats before day & tim of flight. I was told in office that at the airport the day of the flight I could request the window seat I wanted. If one was availble in the same class of travel I would not pay extra. This was so from Salvador to Madrid & Munich and from Munich to Madrid. Yet on Oct 23, 2018 departing Madrid to return to Brazil the check in agent (he said his name was Anthony --- his employee ID was not visible) wanted to charge me an extra 25 euro for a windo seat! I asked to speak to a upervior since this had not been the case on other flights associated with this booking nor on the flight with the same airline from same airports in May and July 2018. The supervisor refused to come over to talk to me I dispatched my suitcases got my boarding pass and went to talk to supervisor. She was not client friendly at all and would not give me her name (she said she did not have to give me her name!!!!) and that she did not have to go over to talk to me!!!!! hello what a great attitude AirEuropa. I am an Industrial - Organizational Psychologist sooooo!!!! Air Europa hire a consultant urgently to train your staff!!!! Flight left late I had downloaded ontheair AirEuropa app for my cell phone since this was a daytime 9+ hours flight Only 2 hours into the fight was I able to get entertainment on my cell phone. When I asked flight attendant why there was no service she replied that she has no knowledge og tecchnology or how it works???? Really! This is same flight attendant that was later extremely rude to me and is why I am resorting to this posting on pissedconsumer.com Flight left late and my requested vegetarian meal was not on board. Imagine 9+ hours and no meal. for second snack --- Paulo supervisor/flight attendant sent me his veggie sandwhich so i woud have something to eat - since snack that they were calling breakfast was a ham & cheese sandwhich. When same not client friendly female flight attendant came with sandwhich. I said --- now you have a veggie meal but didn't have one earlier!!!! to whic she very rudely responded!!!! This was not necessary I am the client No clients NO JOB!!!! later the only professiona and customer friendly supervisor / flight attendant Paulo came over to see if food was OK!!! He had sent his snack for me!!! I told him flight attendant was very rude and that I wanted to know her name because i WOULD BE FILLING an official complaint with airline. He said he could not give me her name. I lost my calm and told him in a loud and firm voice how terrible AirEuropa's service is. Other passengers shook their heads in agreement! Later another client, a Spaniard, told supervisor Paulo that fight attendeant had been RUDE to me. I have his contact information as a witness! I also have pictures of empty window seats, etc!!!!! Minimum I want is a full refund
