- - Clasp is hard to open; opening instructions are required.
- - Improve clasp manufacturing to remove need for how-to cards or videos.
Rather than having to include a “How to open me” card in your packaging Don’t you simply improve the manufacturing of the clasp? It’s a dog to open, we all get that, but if you can get this far with it, really improve the problem, so we can all stop reading direction cards, calling customer service, & watching “how to” videos. I know your response is probably “just don’t buy it,” and normally that’s exactly what I would do, but you’re so close and I really like the concept.
