Bought a grill on Amazon through this company. They never delivered the product.

After a lengthy conversation they refunded half the amount. Claiming I had returned the item (that I never received). Started harassing me as customer instead of resolving the issue by send a new item or refund the full amount.

Unproffesional and not interested in resolving the problem. Avoid this company at all cost.

I purchased a electric fireplace/heater on amazon when it arrived it had missing parts and a totally non working heater. Since amazon has a great return policy i thought it would be no problem to return it.

Boy was i wrong a started the return process on amazon and got an email from aim2find saying that they approved a "customer remorse return". The only remorse i have is dealing with such a bad company. The will said that not only would i have to pay return shipping but would be charged a 25% restocking fee. Thats for a defective non working item.

They must sell these items to the consumers since they restock them. amazon is looking into this matter but so far this company is not behaving in an honest matter with them or with me,

Ordered a $2500 LG Television from AimToFind.com. Wasn't the most professional looking website, but the price was right. When I ordered, the item said "Temporarily Out of Stock".

Shortly after ordering, I received an email to let me know that the shipping time was 4-6 weeks, and if I was willing to wait. I said OK and that was that.

After a couple of weeks, I contacted the manufacturer to see if they had some insight regarding the availability of the model TV I ordered. They didn't have a date in sight, and said It definitely wouldn't be available in the 4-6 week time frame quoted by AimToFind.com. I immediately called to cancel, and was told for the very first time that my card was already charged, and a cancellation would cost me 20%, but if I cancel now, they would do me a favor and reduce that to only 10%! What a SCAM! Had to chargeback through the credit card company just to cancel an order they hadn't yet processed or shipped.

Hopefully others will learn from my mistake. AimToFind.com AKA RAC Enterprise is a complete SCAM and is completely unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

I have been dealing with AimToFind for the past week on my damaged dishwasher. They have been giving me the run around the entire time.

I am not suppose to call them but only email AND they told me to accept the damaged dishwasher so that they could deal with fixing the damages. I have had to make calls to FedEX, AimToFind and LG all in the past few days. ONLY to find out that AimToFind wanted me to lie to LG to get my dishwasher fixed for free. I am disgusted by their customer service and will never order from them again.

I have had to file a claim with FedEx to deal with the damages and am waiting to hear back.

In the meantime I have a broken dishwasher and cannot install it into my kitchen. Thanks for nothing AimToFind!

On 2/15/11 I ordered 11 lithium 9v batteries from AimToFind.com

A few days later I recieved a large cardboard box containing 5 (not 11) loose batteries and an open EMPTY package with the battery logo claiming to contain 6 lithium batteries.

I spent a long time on the phone with aimtofind but never got a live person just eternally on hold.

2/21/11 I emailed aimtofind and they emailed back they were" sending notification to the logistics warehouse and a new order was being processed"

2/25/11 Having heard nothing further and needing to batteries I had to buy batteries at home depot and actually found rayovac lithium batteries for less than the ultralife lithium batteries at aimtofind.
