AIMEE AGE CORRECTION CREAM ***ITS A SCAM***
I would not have known about this scam had i not have seen a clip on the tv news THIS EVENING, it all made sense, as yesterday i had an appointment at the bank about a different concern when i saw an amount for £91 THAT HAD BEEN TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT ON THE COMPUTER SCREEN, i didnt realise what this amount was for as i'd been buying online on the run up to christmas, also i had been in the bank for 1hour and 20 mins trying to get them to understand i had been sent the wrong card, another problem, what i want to know is how do i stop this company (if it is a company) taking anymore money out of my bank without my permission?? i feel sick. if there is anyone out there that can help me i will be so grateful Rosie
Preferred solution: Full refund
Watch out for the hidden Terms and Conditions, avoid all together!!!
THIS info MAY SAVE YOU from AIMEE CREAMs SCAM. Thanks to reading all these reviews WITHIN my trial time expiring and having tried to ring the lines with distortion and unanswerable numbers.
I did this. 1. Rang my bank and cancelled the card completely. I also asked them to BLOCK the named company withdrawing the funds regardless of cancelling card ( the company name will be found on your email confirmation for the product who will withdraw payment – EACH cream has a DIFFERENT withdrawer so CHECK and inform bank of both, all, names).
2. IF UK (or any appropriate country as i hear this is worldwide) I sent a special next day delivery letter, tracked and signed for (worth the £6) CANCELLNG my order (address of the company will be on your email confirmation at bottom of page also. Aimee is in Peterborough). Ignore their telling you you can only cancel online.
It is MORE important you cancel and notify the company by some means if the numbers they give are unreachable. No court will refuse such evidence. 3. I posted CREAMS back to them SEPARATELY (same day as letter) again tracked and signed for, If you do NOT RETURN the creams (within trial time) they will still be able to charge you £89.95. By which time they then take a second £89.95 for the following month!!!
Even if this happens STILL CANCEL As Soon As Possible because until you DO cancel they can still legally withdraw Money from your a/c. By using tracking Royal Mail can email you a copy and a specimen of signature and name of who signed for it at the company for added protection should Aimee write again reminding you of their Terms & Conditions or say they did not receive. This they did to me but being able to provide tracking number they CANCELLED MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY. I asked them to email me CONFIRMATION they had done so IMMEDIATELY too, which they did.
The phone number given to me at this point and which i got through on straight away was 0800 161 ****. I would suggest you do these steps EVEN IF YOUR TRIAL TIME HAS EXPIRED to prevent further withdrawals from your a/c. Even if you manage to get through and cancel after a month or two or longer OR are still unable to cancel after months, I would still do the postal method as well for added security and peace of mind. IT IS ACCEPTABLE in law regardless of what they tell you of only being able to cancel by phone.
I would also ring Trading Standards who informed me that they have to provide by writing to you or emailing you SEPARATELY to their order confirmation their Terms and Conditions and if they do not, you have up to YEAR TO CANCEL your order. DO CHECK with Trading Standards for EXACT info as this is from memory but it is not far off what i was told. I would not call the amount of cream sent being a months trial of cream and only being given 14 days to try it, which effectively is not 14 days at all because if it takes them a week to send it to you then you only have 7 days to trial it. If you use the cream they say they will charge you so how can this be a trial or a fair one.
So it seems this company and there are many similar with similar conditions raking in 100s of £s for very little outlay. DONT FORGET WHEN YOU CANCEL, THE CHARGES SHOULD STOP. It seems sometimes this does not happen.(hence cancelling card completely).
IF NOT and can prove as in my 1-3 steps you did cancel and return creams YOU CAN TAKE A SMALL CLAIMS OUT AGAINST THEM in a County Court costing you very little money £20 or less and court will retrieve your money for you SHOULD THEY REPEATEDLY REMOVE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER CANCELLATION . Hope this helps many.

Total Rip Off
I ordered this on a Trial free offer, it isn't free, the will charge you £90. I sent the product back immediately when it arrived and cancelled the subscription, but now two months on they have stolen another £90 from our account. I am going to take this to the Trading Standards Office, as these people just do not care and think they can just help themselves to money from your account PLEASE DO NOT BUY OR SIGN UP FOR ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS AS YOU PROBABLY WONT SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN AND JUST CANCELLING DOESNT MATTER, THEY WILL STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY EVERY MONTH
Aimee Skincare Trial Review from Chertsey, England
I responded to a Facebook ad for trial eye cream. Total scam.
Hidden in the terms and conditions is the fact you have to cancel out if a subscription, I never asked for a subscription. I would not have purchased if I knew this. Products are cheap rubbish. They took £2x £89 without my permission.
This is unfair!
I've complained and waiting for them to respond. I feel conned and expect my money back
Aimee Skincare Products Review
Disgusting, rang and cancelled account but 2 days late, rang up and spoke to rep. He gave me a website to complain to, doesn't exist, rang another number only to be spoken too very rudley and when I told him I was being ripped off he told me I was in the wrong and hung up on me. I wouldn't mind spending that kind of money if I could use it but I had a reaction to it
Do NOT by Aimee products - they will charge nearly £90!
I ordered both face and eye cream, for £3.99 , both arrived and I thought nothing of it. Checked my bank, some 2 weeks later to find they had debited £179.90.
I thought this was a mistake but on going back to the website, I saw that their terms, hidden right at the bottom of a v long page, said after 14 days, they charge £89.95 for each product and will do this every 45 days.
Rang and managed to get half of it refunded but staff are defensive as soon as answer phone and said terms are clear on website.

Aimee Skincare Trial Review from Heavitree, England
The company is a ***, they offered a free trial and only asked for postage and packaging at £2.95..three weeks later they have stolen £89.95 from my account even though I sent it back also when I spoke to customer service they refuse to give my money back. The company is a *** and don't spend with these people as they are parasites, I am a disabled person on benefits and got the FREE TRIAL for my wife and they took all the money I have in my account leaving me with zero in my account plus I'm overdrawn and can't afford to buy my 3 children's nappies and food..please don't get caught but this irresponsible company as it is a complete ***..they try saying they will only give back 50% of the £89.95 and that will take 7 days to get to me..I want all my money back and will make a formal complaint and take it to the financial ombudsman .. Very upset and diss appointed.
Aimee Skincare - Aimee Age Correction Cream Review from Liverpool, England
I did not receive any cream and have been charged £90 for a product that was advertised as a free sample..I want to be re-imbursed with my £90 before I take my complaint to the financial ombudsman. Customer service would not help and gave me false information and would not help in trying to get refunded.
This company is trying their best not to help customers in any way to get refunded or give any information or advice in how to get refunded. I have tried contacting them on a number of occasions and when I do finally get to a customer service they gang up or give false information??
Never mind Stemlogic; Another culprit is Aimee Antiaging Creams
I saw an advert on Facebook for a FREE promotion of the Aimee Antiaging Face and Eye Creams and sent away for it hoping to test them for suitability. A minimum amount was charged to my Credit Card then 15 and 16 days later my card was debited for £89.95 each totalling £189.90.
In despair I phoned their Customer Service line only to be told the trial was for 14 days and that now I would be charged for a subscription of a monthly supply. I protested but their Agent screamed down the line saying I only read the word FREE and that I should have returned the goods in 14 days. The hysterical woman shrieked at me saying that I couldn't get my money back and slammed the phone down. I hope this warning will prevent others for making the same mistake.

BE WARNED re: AIMEE skincare products
Yes, people BE WARNED!
If a product is advertised as FREE apart from covering postage then that is what it should be.
This UNETHICAL company is cheating people who do not carefully study the small print out of hundreds of pounds.
People who order both face and eye cream, for £3.99 discover when checking their bank statements at a later date (usually by which time the 14 day trial or return unopened period has expired)
to find they have been debited £179.90.
Unfortunately it is NOT a mistake. The terms, hidden right at the bottom of a very long page, say after 14 days, they charge £89.95 for each product and will do this every 45 days.
PLEASE spread the word on social media and wherever you can.

AIMEE SKINCARE ... UNETHICAL MODUS OPERANDI.
My Mother was also conned in the same way. She signed up for a FREE sample where it said she only had to cover the postage.
She is eighty-seven years old and when a second package that she had NOT ordered arrived .. she checked her bank account to discover two payments for almost ninety pounds had been subtracted from her account unbeknown to her.
What a nasty shock.
Please spread the word.
People need to be warned that this company Aimee Skincare uses a very unethical modus operandi.
I am now going to contact the Trading Standards office and see if there is anything they can do.
Conned into spending money on stuff not required or using
In our house mother sent postage for sample and then found bank account being charged a lot of money which as recently widowed could ill afford. Have contacted firm and they replied that they would cancel any further payments.
People who are old, have poor eyesight and memories can easily fall for these tricks
Unfortunately it was too late to go about returning, . But it has caused a lot of worry and upset within the family and someone who is approaching 90 shouldn't have that sort of worry, could even cause a heart attack.Pleae stop this sort of *** selling, it's trickery
Scam, dont buy!
It´s a scam, to get your money, just move away!! Dont buy and if you already did, return the cream, contact your bank to cancel any payments or you will get charged, almost 100 pounds...for a little bottle of cream, and I wasn´t aware of any charges or subscription, they just need your free trial to get the money out of your account, be aware! No words to saY WHAT I THINK OF THIS KIND OF THING1
dONT BUY YOU WILL REGRET IT SOON AS YOUR MONEY GETS OUT OF YOUR POCKET, TRY TO EMAIL THEM, NO ANSWER BACK, START A CHARGEBACK PROCESS IN THE BANK

I purchased the trial, didnt get out quickly and found I am unable to contact seller to stop the auto order. I contacted my bank it appears that since I did not clearly read or understand that I was being hooked into buying a auto ship at 89.95 per month.
I may not have much recourse.
dont touch this with a 10 foot pole. you will be taken.
