Never received order after a month and they gave me a fake tracking number and the post office they said it was delivered to never got it.

I place an online order from a company that I'm not sure of it's name but on my credit card statement is listed as Ailsion Dover DE anyway when my order was taking to long I emailed them to find out what was taking so long the only replies I got was on 03/07/25 that my order has been paid then another on 03/09/25 that it has been shipped, so I waited and then emailed them that nothing should take this long and if it don't come in the next few days I was going to refuse delivery and file a claim dispute then I got an email stating my package was delivered on 04/02/25 which is a lie unless the courier did what Speed X Global, Yenwen, UniUni, FedEX and GoFo Express who thought that leaving my packages on the sidewalk in front of the door was safe to do so but I did get my refunds after I filed a claim dispute because they dumb enough to send a photo of them leaving it, but I was surprise that Crown Naturale was quick with there resolution it only took 2 day for them to refund my 64.90 after I emailed them the photo of it on the sidewalk I also sent them pictures of the other courier to show what I have been dealing with especially since all they had to do was read the sign that was on the inside of the hallway door since I don't have a porch so anyway when I got the email from Ailsion stating my package was delivered which is a lie because I was home on 04/02/2025 at the time of delivery and any time my bell is ringing I go straight to the window to see who it is especially when my neighbor would ask me if I can look out for there package because everybody in my neighborhood know that when a FedEx truck is in the neighborhood means they're going to leave your packages and don't let anyone know they have a package especially since we all have signs stating what to do so if they came I wasn't aware of it, so I email them that I never got it they did what all the rest input the tracking number see that it showed delivery and reply with that info and I always reply get off your lazy but do a real investigation which means reaching out to the company they hire but whatever reason they don't I guess they think that the customers is going to do nothing especially if they keep emailing and get no reply give up well I was raised to standup for what is right, and it's wrong to make customers pay for there mistake since they are the ones that hired them so now I have another fight I'm like a dog with a bone and my bone being my money anybody know not to try and take it , so I'm going to give them until the weekend to do the right thing if not I have no problem filing a dispute claim I don't have anything to show that Ailsion sent me other than a tracking number that showed the delivery date and time those two photo is from Speed X Global and GoFo Express that I got my full refund I tried to show a warning that they don't support this kind of files and since I'm illiterate when comes to today's technology not sure what that means, but I do know the courier they used WCX I think they are associated with 17 Track
