Another Case of Wrong Product Sent / Refusal to Return Ship
I ordered a suit through their SuitGiant.com website. They sent me the wrong suit in the wrong size... entirely their fault. After repeated e-mails they finally agreed to refund me if, and only if, I returned the wrong product. When (repeatedly) asked to provide me a way to do this so that I would have to pay out-of-pocket, I received no reply. So I caved and had to shell out $15.90 to return the wrong suit to them. I've since asked several times for a refund of my shipping costs and, of course, they haven't contacted me. If this was my error, I'd understand fully that these costs would be my responsibility... but this was the company's fault, not mine. PS - You should have seen the ugly suit they sent me... it was obviously something they were just trying to get rid of. Avoid this company at all possible costs.

They shipped the wrong suit, I returned it, they credited my account for only the cost of the suit not the shipping charges and they will not respond to my requests for a credit on the shipping. They are the worst communicators! They have said that they have submitted the credit for the shipping to the accounting department. I have sent numerous emails to them which they very rarely respond to! When you call their number they have a horrible connection and when you call bakc their voice mails says to enter your complaint online but they never respond to me!

Ahfashion/Suitaly beware cheap, poor quality
I work in the luxury clothing market and made a bad decision three months ago. With the economy being a little weak I decided to try and save a little money and order two suits online if I could find good suits at an affordable price. Big mistake, I found the site Ahfasion(a.k.a. Suitably). Consumers beware, I can't believe this company has been around since the 50's. I ordered two suits, one navy and one grey. The navy arrived within a week but no grey and my card was billed for the two suits. After 10 e-mails and 2 weeks I finally received a respose that the grey was out of stock and would I like another color. Terrible, customer service. I selected another color and received it a week later. I received the suits and immediately thought how cheap the suits looked. The suits were advertised as 150's wool. These suits are not 150's wool but a poly/wool combo at best. The hardware on the suits feels cheap and flimsy. I figured I could take the suits to my tailor and she could make them look more than they are. The tailor did her magic. Guys, find a good tailor and hold on to them because there hard to find. So now I'm feeling o.k. with my decision to go the cheap route. I wear one of the suits to work one day and the zipper breaks apart. In all I spent $300 for the suits, $200 for tailoring, and $40 for a zipper. Still a bargain by any means but, you get what you pay for. Lesson learned. Next time I will deal with a reputable place.

AH Fashion: Complete Rip Off
I should have heeded the warning signs by their website. They did appear legit, and even copied some of Amazon headers, graphics and display. I am currently trying to resloved, recover, and hopefully will have recourse through Paypal. This company never sent the item ordered, won't answer their phone, return ,messages left, they will placate by answering emails several days after they are sent, that say absolutely nothing. Long story short. BUYER BEWARE!! THEY WILL GLADLY TAKE YOUR FUNDS AND SENT YOU NOTHING. Don't say I didn't give you fair warning. AVOID THEIR WEBSITE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
