Not getting my rewards
I have spent @$1,000 since December 2021 and have not received any $7 rewards. For some reason the store put me on coupon alert but Id only use the rewards and would have to ask them to go into your system to get them but some worker in middlefield, ct decided to put me on a bad list!
Ive been shopping there forever 20 years and spent an average of $85 a week. Im very upset no one has helped me even tho Ive complained multiple times. I need someone high up to resolve this for me and if I dont, Ill have to go to your President, CEO Mr. Quichel to resolve this is unacceptable any longer.
Please call me ASAP with a resolution 860.347.0877.

Preferred solution: I want my $7 rewards for what I have spent since December 1, 2021 which totals $925.45 please so close to 4 $7.00 rewards now
