Owner threatening lawsuit over Yelp review.
To all pet owners, beware of leaving this business a negative review, the owner will send you a cease and desist letter and threaten you with a lawsuit. My review was about my experience at this hospital.
The following is not a joke. I paid them over $1000 to do harm to my dog. I'm disgusted, my Jack Russell Terrier did not deserve this! The fact that they're still breathing, and my best friend is not, offends me.
The hospital was understaffed, the waiting room was full. The customer service absolutely blows! Do you want unlicensed people treating your pet?
The Hospital Manager is the Head Vet Technician, and she's unlicensed. You might want to consider all this before you take your pet there.
- Do not work weekends
- Not enough employees
- Do not follow the standard of veterinary care
Preferred solution: Justice for my best friend.
