Agora Solutions

Like other posts here, I was billed for a service that I didn't sign up for, attached to my at & T phone bill. Would anyone else consider a class-action suit against this company: Agora Solutions? I contacted both at and t and agora solutions. Their response was that I signed up for it, which I didn't. Please contact me at ffisher460@***.net.

I can't come up with more words, just want to post this question and move on. Anyone interested in putting an end to Agora Solutions please let me know..almost 100 words.

The company Agora Solutions expertly added a charge of 8.23 on my Verizon bill without my knowledge or consent.

When I contacted them for proof of authorization they provided me with a registration form supposedly filled out by my wife with an IP address that had nothing to do with us. They immediately refunded all charges and it is obvious that they get caught often.

Take a look at your phone bill under Miscellaneous Charges and Credits. I found 2 charges from 3rd party providers of services I never ordered. Both companies immediately refunded ALL charges with no questions asked. What legitamate service would do that without making you jump through hoops? None that I know of.

Beware!

They slam you for services you didn't order. Then, they bill through auto billing of AT&T.

When you finally discover an over billing, AT&T will not refund the money. Agora will let you cancel quickly but the person who speaks marginal English doesn't seem to understand you want credit for the months you were billed falsely. They got me for about $45. They should be investigated.

Is any law enforcement body listening?

AT&T is nor blameless here they are like a person receiving stolen goods. I probably will cancel my auto pay with AT&T and serious considering canceling also AT&T services.

who the *** are they????????????????? I never ordered service from them - how dare they add a charge on to my verizon bill without my knowledge - I am so tired of having to watch my bill like a hawk - this is illegal and should be stopped.

I will write my congress person. I will spend 20 minutes going through a *** phone tree trying to get it removed!!!!!!!!!!! this sucks. I'm pissed!

Verizon Communications just confirmed Agora Solutions without my consent charged my Verizon account for a service I never ordered. Verizon Rep said "We cannot prevent a company from charging a service to your bill; we can add a cramming block to your account to prevent this from happening in the future." I do have to call Agora Solutions and ask them to cancel all services.

I will get a credit on my account for these false charges.

Agora Solutions billed me for voice messaging I never ordered. I get VM free as a retired AT&T employee.

The irony is that I am being billed for this nonsense on my AT&T bill via a 3rd party billing agent.....The Billing Resource. It really is sickening how easy it is for these scammers to bill without any authorization and it is disappointing that AT&T would be in any way associated. I called when the charge first appeared on my December phone bill and the charge was supposed to be credited and cancelled but I just received my January phone bill and am still being charged. I will call them again tomorrow.

Agora Solutions billed my phone company for services NOT ordered. Watch what you do online as these people will get info about you and try to get money from you.

Look at your bills and don't blindly pay them. Be sure you don't get scammed.

In fairness they did issue a credit but I hav not seen it. Be careful what you answer on the internet as it could be too good to be true and usually gets you into problems you did not want.

This location has a catch to it too. Just below the comment section is a line that says "just a couple more details"...

Received monthly ATT&T telephone bill with an added bill of $9.00 from Agora Solutions. Called AT&T , told this was not a bill from them.

Refered me to 1-80*-215-**** and was told by a male person named Reggie this bill was toward an unlimited calling card with voice mail. Wife and I have no knowlege of any such request.

We have had this unkown and unwanted such request hopefully cancelled. Will be watching next months phone bill very close. Will try and re-coup the $9.00 but not very hopeful.
