I purchased a paperback of James Rickard's The Road to Ruin for 3.95£ through his Strategic Intelligence publication. After Scrupiously cancelling a subscription, I was subsequently -ROBBED of $132.10 +$1.32 service charge on 1/19/2017. At some point in all this I started receiving a newsletter from Agora Financial, from which " Jim Rickards" has sent emails. I have contacted both, asking for the immediate return of funds. Otherwise...

Subscribed to Stockman's Bubble Finance Trader when it first originated at a cost of $1,000.00. Paid an additional $3,000.00 for a lifetime subscription. I have lost $2,000,000.00 on Stockman's put/call option recommendations. The only gain I experienced was in February, 2016 when the overall market tanked and I had put positions. Since then I have lost on all of Stockman's put and call trade recommendations. The track record of this...

They are not to be trusted as are all of the Investor publishing houses. Their agenda is to sell subscriptions and they could care less if you make money. PERIOD. Nothing else need be said. They tried to stall a refund under one of their guarantees and I sent them a demand with copies of all relevant correspondence and the threat of a lawsuit and it worked. Refund received. But here are the keys to dealing with Agora if you must after succumbing...

Agora Financial has a 100% negative rating with the BBB. The Better Business Bureau. That should be enough to stay away.

Buyer Beware, Scam artists, pure and simple. No legitimate, usable advice. Only baited hooks designed to extract as much money as possible from it members starting as soon as you click charge my CC. Plus they did give what you signed up for in the first place, after you give them you Credit Card information they want another 200 bucks to give what lured you in the first place. I guess I should know this by now but if it sounds to good to be true...

I've received Agora emails for years--they send several a week--and they tend to be thousands of words long, saying the same thing over and over. Since the repeat the same ads time and again, they tend to fill up with outdated information. Obviously they have some well-paid copywriters who know just what buttons to push to get you to click "buy." One of their famous techniques is to tout some program or another, giving example after example of...

I invested in Income on Demand with Angora Finanial due to being advertised as an investment a middle income American could make $150-200+ on each recommendation (on put calls) Turns out after spending the 1,500 to get in, I cannot even take advantage of the recommendations because brokerage companies require you to have $20,000+ liquid assets. It is a pain to work around that rule. So much for a middle income person using the service! When I...

Mr. Buck The ad I just got does say they recommend (not require) having $20,000 in assets, and that it is nonrefundable.

As a Subscriber to FDA Trader, I received a "FLASH BUY RECOMMENDATION ALERT!" They said a company called EGALET was set to receive final approval from the FDA and the only thing holding it up was some improper paper filings which should be cleaned up momentarily. My wife and i both bought in to the tune of 5K each. Maybe not much to these guys but a lot to us, a school teacher and a bee removal guy. The stock went down actually overnight, and...

Everybody thinking of doing business with Agora, please watch a month of American Greed. You will see immediately what this outfit is and will save you a lot of money and headache. The best company in the world has some unhappy customers but what you see here should open your eyes - post after post of false promises, charges continuing after cancellation. Check the one about payment by limited debit card and when it ran out Agora somehow found...
