Missing parcel item
Hello, Im not very impressed as I went to receive my parcel from a pickup post office and it has written on it at the front of the package add incomplete and when I opened it I found the mascara, not the concealer (which is missing) which I ordered together from the agora website. My parcel customer ref no is 681804/220909-P980714-N Please see how I can receive the missing item as I paid for it without receiving it and this is my first time to buy stuff off the agora website Regards Monika Athnasious
